Overall it’s been gentle on my skin. I only use this soap in “the hot spots” to get rid of any odor causing bacteria. It has a fresh smell but sometimes I can get a hint of something that’s a little medicinal. It actually does not dry my skin out which is nice.

This is a very good antibacterial soap! I would give five stars but I don’t like the smell. The smell is not bad, just not to my liking. But it helps keep down body odors and cleanse the skin well.

I grew up using this soap as a kid, but I remember it smelling much stronger. I haven't used Dettol in many years so I was happy to find it on Amazon. It was not harsh on my skin and had my skin feeling clean and soft after my shower. The bar is a light yellow, very different from the amber color I remember dettol being and turning white in water, but then again my parents used the liquid. The fragrance isn't that strong with the bar soap, but the clean feeling and odor control is long lasting. The set has 2 decent sized bars and was affordable. I am happy with this purchase.

I absolutely love the signature clean, medicinal smell of the Dettol Original soap—it makes you feel instantly refreshed and thoroughly clean. However, it is incredibly drying on the skin. Because of how stripping it can be, I find that it is a bit too harsh for daily use. If you are going to use it, I highly recommend following up immediately with a good moisturizing body wash in the shower, and applying a heavy lotion right after you dry off to restore that lost moisture. Great for a deep, antibacterial cleanse every now and then, but proceed with caution if you have dry or sensitive skin!

I just love this soap. It cleans away everything. Make you feel like you have new skin, especially when it’s hot or you have finished a workout. All you need is some lotion to put the moisture back in your skin. I have a Green Goddess Butter that I use.

Sapone eccezionale. Fin dalla prima volta che l'ho usato per la doccia (evitando però la zona degli occhi e, per precauzione dato che la mia pelle non è giovanissima, anche il resto del viso) ho notato la differenza. Anche in questi periodi torridi, in cui si suda tantissimo, ti lascia fresca e senza alcun odore sgradevole, anche semplicemente passando dopo la doccia uno stick di allume di rocca. Non lo abbandonerò più.

Since I’ve used this soap my armpits have lost its constant sweaty smell. I no longer use deodorant, just perfume on my clothes. I’ve noticed that using deodorant doesn’t help with body odour, so I just stopped using it.

Soap is different than regular ones, but they show pack of 4 but delivers only two, so disappointed about it.
