Use this for trout and is excellent when the fish are biting catching 6 in hour and no one near is catching but the fish have to be bitting

Pleased with power bait

Only used it once and caught 3 rainbow trout without reapplication within 10 minutes. Wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. As soon as I unhooked each fish I cast the powerbait loaded hook back in and had another fish within a minute. I didn't use any more once the powerbait came off the hook as it was getting us some questionable attention from the fishery manager!! Worked very well though.

I am a livescoper and a traditional fishermen. I use this when the fish seem to be 'short striking' or spitting baits. They hold on longer and the smell definitely attracts the fish. How do I know? I can literally watch fish responses to my bait presentation with LiveScope and so I know exactly how they are reacting to baits. You don't need Livescope to use it, you will notice with worms and jigs that the fish take two tugs often then spit, with this you will feel two tugs then some movement or dead weight on the line. Set the hook! With crappie jigs, bass worms, and bass jigs, just use enough to cover it and you are good to go.

I purchased a bottle of the Crappie Attractant in 2014 and only used it once that year, thinking it didn't make a difference. During the summer of 2015 I was catching Crappie and they turned off, so, after trying different jigs with no luck, I figured what the heck, let's try the attractant. It produced fish! Since that time I have used it on almost every cast and have yet to get skunked after using it. Even though I do use it on minnows, like the first time it worked, my primary baits are waxworms & maggots and they always get a "dab" before every cast. I find it very effective on Bluegills, especially using glow jigs after dark. On days when the fish are finicky I think it not only entices them to bite, they hold on to the bait longer. I don't work out of the bottle that the attractant comes in, instead I transfer it to a 4 oz. (glass) eye dropper bottle and work out of that. I actually don't use the eye dropper proper, I use it more of a dauber.
