Good option to keep around
This brand itโs cost effective yet still made with quality on a lot of there products, this is like others on the market but cheaper than some, more options than others, etc Itโs a little weird putting on the attachments, it feels sturdy and isnโt easy to take on or off but, not hard either.

Excellent tool
My gosh, I love this thing - where has it been all my life?! lol. This is a terrific tool with numerous attachments. I love that the handle is telescopic so that I can tailor its length to the job. The algae scraper blade is insanely good - I have never had a tool like that but I will never be without one again because it does a superb job with little effort. The gravel rake - ingenious! Such a helpful tool. All of the accessories come in a velvety bag with a cinching closure - keeps everything handy and clean. I am now providing excellent maintenance on my 40-gallon aquarium thanks to this Hygger tool. Love it.

Make replacement parts more readily available!
These have become some of my favourite, go to algae scrapers. The angle of the blade for the metal edge works great -- and I love that they include a cover, preventing damage to the blade. The magic eraser pads work fantastic, too. There's a few parts I never use -- the net and the very small tube brush -- but, overall it's a fantastic little product. However, the two parts I most use -- the metal scraper and the flat magic eraser -- do wear out fairly quickly, and finding the replacements has been a problem. Amazon sometimes has them in stock, but RARELY, which means I have to buy a whole new unit, complete with all the parts I'll never use.

If you are unsure if this is the cleaning tool bundle for you, it is!!
My mom said this is the BEST cleaner for her fish tank that she has ever had! I bought it as a gift for her, since cleaning her tank is such a chore and she LOVES it! I would definitely buy it for her again! She says she wishes they made cleaning sponges for around the house from the same material, it's so effective!

Seems tough, looks nice, definitely not junk.
The design is nice. It has a sturdy spring at the end which makes attaching the tips slightly more difficult, at least the first two times I changed tips. It is thick enough that I expect it to be me who adjusts. So just make sure you hold the attachment at it's base, and not by the tip when you attach it. However, once in place the attachment is a solid extension of the handle. No flimsy garbage. The metal post(possibly 300 series stainless?) in the center of the attachment is likely also part of it not moving or bending when in use(so far). The handle extends and contracts by use of a collet. The collet tightens via a nut which has ridges. A spline might give better grip but wouldn't feel as good in the hand. Also, no tools needed to tighten all the way or loosen due to the flats on the handle which provide a good surface for hand torque, and does so without anything that would be uncomfortable in the hand. The explanation of this product says that it's carbon composite. This does not appear to apply to the handle and collet holder. I'm not sure what they are made of, but are stiff and seems more scratch resistant than hdpe but not downright hard like polycarbonate, which cracks. This suggests a high quality choice. As for the carbon composite claim- the pole is certainly an impregnated plastic. It's strong, lightweight, and even the skinny extension pole has little flex, though thankfully, does have a little, making me think it won't just snap one day under years of abuse. I am unsure why there is a rating for suction. I left it at 0 stars, which I hope has no impact. It should be removed, as this is not a vacuuming device. My only actual gripe is the lack of a common razor holder. Their razor is much longer, and is clearly a proprietary attachment. I'm not sure if the blade is meant to be changed, or the whole tip. The sponges appear to be adhered to their attachment, which has a tight swivel. That swivel is connected via an Allen head, meaning in the future you might be able to tighten it slightly were it to become loose. Another good choice by the manufacturer. I'd like a larger net to fit this pole. One with a much finer mesh. The net that is here will catch large debris and tetras, no problem. Perhaps part of this decision is to prevent people from trying to net a heavy fish with the pole fully extended. This would make sense considering other decisions which appear to have been made to get you a good tool you'd have to try to break. Like the material choices, attachment system, and collet system. I will say this was 2-2.5 times the price of other models. If it was more expensive I may not have tried it. But, people complain about the cheap ones being cheap. This one seems more solid to me than what is offered even in my LFS, and the grey is so much better in my opinion than the common blue. All in all, this has a welcome home in my carefully selected, high quality only, hobby tool kit. I don't know who Hygger is, or where they are from. But they are now on my radar.

Disappointed
Although it is a nice kit, I have only just tried it. So far, the sponge is too soft and the algae scrapper does nothing! I have only tried the 2 pieces! Maybe the rest of them will work!!

Impossible to change the heads!(Updated review for spring action release!)
Perhaps I didn't understand what I was getting with this product, but I hate I wasted the money on it. While there are multiple heads that look nice, they are IMPOSSIBLE for me to change. I got one on and now I can't get it off. I got the blade cover off but can't get it back on! The scrubber is way too soft as well and barely puts a dent in the algea. I had to use it by putting my whole arm in the tank and using a good deal of strength to get even easy algea off the glass. It looks nice, but looks aren't everything. This whole set is going in the trash. EDIT*** The seller contacted me with concerns about my experience with their product. They acknowledged the issues and actuay have completly revamped the design with a spring release that is AMAZING! The handle isbalso sturdier and heads are all bigger as well which is great for my big tanks. As soon as I got thos version of their prifuct I tried it right away and was VERY pleased. The only aditional feedback I could give is to make the 'scrubbers' rougher. The soft sponges they are made of is ok for a light film but doesn't fully attack any algea. Then again, that is what the scraper is for. Upgraded this review from a 1 to a 5 because this company really took their customer feedback seriously and made an amazing product! Not to mention the exceptional customer service they provided to an otherwise disgruntled customer. Shout out to the team that worked with me! Thank you fir trueky turning my experience around with your exceptional services and product! =)

Nice tool with great attachments.
This is definitely a handy tool to have. The scraper came in clutch for that really crusted crap! The corner cleaner is kind of a gimmick. Any aquariums with corners have silicone, so that this wonโt do much other that fall apart.

This is a really nice product and the shaft is exceptionally rigid which is perfect for scrubbing the inside of your tank. The optional extras that comes with are all very useful in helping keep your aquarium clean. HOWEVER The scrubbing pad is practically useless and has no ability to remove any algae from the inside of your tank. The only option is to buy a scrubbing pad and glue it to the available pad. I still consider it a really good buy for this Price And whether you have a acrylic aquarium or a glass aquarium your choice of pad is easily available to purchase for a few dollars and to attach like I have.

Love it! The adjustable length and different attachments are quality mechanics that do not loosen or fall off like other similar 6 in 1โs Iโve tried in the past! The attachments Iโve used so far (algae scrapper, flat sponge and shovels) are all solid and work exceptionally well at what they are intended to! 10/10 on this one! Highly recommend!

It's meh...the scrubber is made of a soft sponge like material, therefore it doesn't remove algae from the glass. It needs to be a type of scrubber. I end up just having to use the razor blade for the glass. The other heads are kinda useless too. The substrate rake/scoop works well.
