Slim Thin Full Leather Camera Neck Strap for Mirrorless CP003 BR

Bought this after seeing a Youtube review and liked it enough I am ordering a second one for another camera. A bit narrow for a heavy DSLR but great for a rangefinder or maybe a mirrorless digital camera. Nicest leather I have seen. A beautiful vintage brown leather, very thick and one of the few straps with finished edges. Nice heavy attachment rings and leather flaps to protect your camera from rubbing. The thread stitching is not secured the best and a few have reported them coming loose. My quick fix was to take a little craft or PVC glue on a toothpick and dab it in each stitching hole. I let it dry, repeated it a second time and unlikely the stitching will come undone. Very happy with this one but at 39" it is a bit short and the camera will ride high if you are tall like me. I prefer them high rather than down close to my waist where they flop around a bit too much.

I love this strap! It's the perfect size and width. I also like that it's smooth so it easily glides over your shoulder. I like to keep it over one shoulder across my chest so I can easily raise it up to my eye if I want to take a shot. It also has covers near the connection point so it doesn't rub against your camera.

When I saw CANPIS started selling this leather strap on Amazon, I couldn't resist but to buy one. I got my first one from their eBay store a little over a year ago. It's been with me whenever I travel with my camera since then. The genuine leather strap has been holding up pretty well. At the time, I also bought one for a friend as gift and she loved it. This one from Amazon is for my Nikon FM2 shown in the photos. The neck/shoulder strap is made of genuine leather which is thick and durable but not very stiff and comfortable to wear on neck/shoulder. The length of the strap is a perfect fit either from neck or shoulder. I am 5' 5" tall. I totally love the retro look, quality, and durability of this strap. I will be buying a few more for my TLRs in the near future.

This is a rather nice camera strap. I’m no expert, but the leather looks and smells real. It is rather stiff leather, but I assume it will bend and give more easily with age. It is tough to attach to the camera; I think it might work better with a separate latch or hook system. My main complaint is that the strap is not long enough for a full sized man. The strap has the camera falling too high on my chest to be useful for subtle shooting “from the hip”, and there is absolutely no way to carry the camera cross body. Overall it was a fine purchase but one I unfortunately will replace down the road if I keep using this camera much.

All the reviews of people who can't install this on their camera make me wonder how many people have managed to survive to adulthood! If the split rings don't fit your camera, replacements are less than $.50 at any hardware store. The strap came with adapters for quick release clips anyway with a string that should fit ANY camera connector even the smallest. Great product quality, smelled the leather the moment I opened the box, I'm getting one for all my film cameras!

Looks gorgeous with a Nikon Z-Fc; in pure retro style. The strap is solid and the connectors are pretty reliable so far. I would not swing it around independently from what strap you buy, but for the looks it is really gorgeous

Not much to say... I hate only writing reviews when I'm dissatisfied... so hear I am to write a great review. It's what it says it is. The leather is good and the quality is good. Don't hesitate if you like the looks of this strap. (the rings were very fiddly trying to get them on my camera with the leather in the way... just take your time. User error, my bad. But ya, it's very fiddly).

I am tall so camera straps are always a struggle when it comes to length so we will skip right over that as a complaint, it is just a fact of life. Some of the other complaints I read in the lower ratings said the strap was stiff. Out of the box, the strap is a little stiff but it is new leather. I applied a liberal coat of leather conditioner and let it set over night then worked it the next morning by flexing and bending the leather. Now it is much more supple than the day before. time and use will only improve that. I love the camera body protection provided by the leather tabs and the little d-ring spreader was quite handy as well. The overall presentation in nice boxes was also appreciated. I attached these to 50s era rangefinders and they worked great.

Higher price though
