Works as intended and cheaper than name brand

I picked up the Amazon Basic Care Daytime Cold and Flu Relief Liquid Caps during a rough winter cold, and honestly, they were a lifesaver. Within about 20–30 minutes, the worst symptoms—pressure, cough, and that heavy “flu fog”—started to ease up. What I appreciate most is that they’re truly non-drowsy. I was able to keep working, stay focused, and go about my day without feeling wired or sluggish. The softgels are easy to swallow, and the 48‑count pack is a great value compared to name brands. The relief is comparable to the big-name daytime formulas, but at a fraction of the price. For me, it handled the full lineup: sore throat, congestion, mild fever, and that annoying cough that always shows up at the worst time.

Works great, but getting the pills out of the pack can be a problem. Unlike the namebrand version that has a pull tab on the back of the blister pack, these just have a little perforation toward the edge. Unless you have the grip strength sufficient to tear a phone book in half, you're not getting these open without a scissors or other sharp/pointy tool. Not an issue for everyone, but something to be aware of.
