Very good quality made… Good for making poached eggs…

The instructions on the pan specifically states, "Do Not Use High Heat". Been using my Egg Poacher for a week now and it works perfectly. No melted plastic cups, No water boiling into the egg cups, and the eggs do not stick in the cups. I place a little butter in each cup, then place the covered pan on the burner on low/med heat. When water simmers I lower the heat a little and add the eggs. They are cooked perfectly in about 5 minutes.

Arrived in excellent packaging. Easy cleaning, nice quality. Be sure to coat the (included) egg cups with Olive Oil before you put the eggs in the cups. Otherwise, they will stick. The poached eggs will just slide out if you turn them upside down. The concept is great. But you need to take care removing the cooked (hot) egg cups from the pan. I use a small pair of pliers to grab the hot handle of each cup. I do wish that the small cup handle were larger and more easy to grasp. The pan is great. I also use it for "regular" frying of food.

A Christmas request from my young granddaughter! She’s a lover of poached eggs, and she’s using it every morning. This is heavy duty, quality construction. It does a great job.

I would not buy this product. The egg cups are plastic. I burned a hole in three of the cups the first week I used it. I can’t seem to find a site to buy new egg cups.

I used to own a mirro egg poaching pan, loved it! After many years and several moves, it dissapeared :-(. I finally found this Farberware pan, it is perfect, Not flimsy junk! Heavy duty stainless steel insert with durable smooth egg cups the pan doubles as a great frying pan for scrambled or fried eggs. I can probably will this to my kids!

Pan is great, but why are the cups plastic (nylon?). Especially from a company that prides itself on its copper finish? I'm cooking the eggs in the cups, not the copper pan! That's just for boiling water. The eggs stick to the cups. Too bad.

This is such an easy way to make poached eggs. The eggs cups do need to be sprayed with Pam, or coated with butter to avoid sticking.

Works very well.

Now my mornings are complete with tidiest poached eggs. Pan is easy to clean and sees much use.

This is a pretty good product so far.... easy to clean, easy to use, very safe, parts are safe to wash and dry by hand or in the dishwasher, but you only really have to clean the cups, hot soapy water on the stainless steel part of it.... it's what I wanted so it was worth the buy, to me it was, everyone has different taste
