No blockage but worked well to clear any residue in the pipes will use periodically in the future

Absolutely brilliant job Bathroom sink has been slow to drain since I bought the house. Not now. Again, brill clearance job No, I do not work for the company

The bottle does warn that the product will heat up and cause fumes, but you really do have to look for it in the small text. I also didn’t see that you shouldn’t eat or drink around it, so I’d already made a cup of tea just before using the product. There were a lot of visible fumes coming out of the overflow, and the smell is very strong; I had to open the back door because I was really struggling to breathe. As for draining speed, it’s hard to tell as the product is powder and quite a lot remained above the plug hole for some reason. I had to boil the kettle a couple of times to clear the remaining powder. Some of the powder had also solidified, so I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. The plughole itself looks mostly clean, so it appears to have worked, but half hour after having rinsed the product away with kettle water, the smell is still there and I don’t love it. If it’s worked though, then that’s good, I’ll really have to decide if I’ll be using this product again though

A lot of customers have reviewed it didn't help at all. Same here - this product didn't work for me. But I realised, for those it worked- the blockage was in the sink hole, NOT the pipe. Our sink pipes are blocked, for which this product will be of no use. Hence I would suggest - investigate first where the blockage is, and then order this item. (For me, plumber had to come in and replace the pipe because a portion of the kitchen drain pipe was severely blocked by rubbish!)

this is the only drain blocker that cleared my kitchen sink. We needed to use two bottles, but considering I was using mr muscle and it was making a minimal difference. This bubbles up and is very active, so we could see how much it worked.

I have read alot of the comments. Used within 20 minutes of receiving Had an ongoing issue with the kitchen sick backing up. Tried various methods by short of removing all the pipework thought I would try this. Applied and left for a few hours. Within a few minutes I could hear guggling in the waste outlet. *There is a small amount of vapur emitted when applied ensure you use with windows, door open. Covered outlet with a small plate to stop my cats trying to check it out. Returned a few hours later flushed though with hot water now draining water away satisfactory. Worth the money and easy to use.
