My Go-To Gym Snack - Always Packed in My Bag
I literally buy these in bulk just to keep in my gym bag at all times. After every workout I'm starving but I don't want to ruin my progress by eating junk, and these Quest cookies are the perfect solution. I toss one in my bag before heading to the gym, and by the time I'm done lifting, I'm ready to demolish it on the way home. The protein content is what makes these clutch for post-workout. 15 grams per cookie means I'm actually getting recovery nutrition, not just empty calories. My trainer's always on me about hitting my protein goals and these help me get there without having to chug another protein shake. Sometimes I just want something to chew, you know? Taste-wise, these are way better than they have any right to be for a protein cookie. The peanut butter chocolate chip flavor actually tastes like a real cookie, not that chalky protein bar taste. My gym buddy tried one and thought it was a regular cookie until I told him it had 15g of protein. He immediately ordered a box for himself. The texture is soft and chewy, not dry or crumbly. I've had protein cookies before that were basically hockey pucks, but these are actually enjoyable to eat. Even when they've been sitting in my gym bag for a few days (don't judge, I forget to restock), they're still good. They don't get hard or stale quickly. Being keto-friendly and low carb is huge for me since I'm trying to stay lean. Only 4g net carbs means I can have this as a snack without worrying about it messing up my macros. Compare that to a regular cookie that would be like 30-40g of carbs and totally wreck my day. The individually wrapped packaging is perfect for throwing in a gym bag. They don't get crushed easily, they don't make a mess, and I can grab one on my way out the door without thinking about it. I keep a stash in my car too for when I'm running errands and need something quick. Each cookie is actually filling. It's not one of those snacks where you eat it and you're hungry again 20 minutes later. The combination of protein, fat from the peanut butter, and fiber keeps me satisfied until my next meal. That's key when you're trying to not overeat throughout the day. The chocolate chips in these are legit. They're not those fake carob things or some weird sugar-free substitute that tastes like chemicals. They're real chocolate chips that actually melt a little when you eat them. Makes the whole experience feel indulgent even though it's technically "healthy." Size-wise, each cookie is substantial. You're getting your money's worth here - they're not those tiny protein cookies that are gone in two bites. This is a proper cookie that takes a minute to eat and actually satisfies the craving for something sweet. I've converted so many people at my gym onto these. They see me eating them post-workout and ask what they are, I let them try a bite, and next thing you know they're ordering their own box. My friend Sarah keeps them in her desk at work now for afternoon snacks instead of hitting the vending machine. The value of buying the box versus individual ones is huge. I used to buy single protein cookies from the supplement shop at the gym for like $3 each. Getting a whole box for way less per cookie was a no-brainer. Now I'm always stocked up and never have to overpay for convenience. If you're someone who works out regularly and struggles with finding convenient protein snacks that actually taste good, just buy these. Keep them everywhere - gym bag, car, desk, kitchen. You'll thank yourself when you're hungry and need something that won't derail your fitness goals.

Tasty and low sugar
These are my favorite. The taste, sugar content is low, a soft cookie and comes fresh. If you look for other quest cookies they are all tasty. The one I don't care for is the Cinnamon one. It is blnd.

Expensive but good and filling
Like a few other quest snacks the macros and price are not ideal being over 200 calories and only 15 grams of protein for around $2.50 a cookie, but, they taste good and actually fill you up. I pair it with a glass of fat free fairlife milk and that's enough to get a good shot of protein and calm my sweet tooth down vs a whole package of Oreos. No where near as good as oreos, but, a decent compromise.

average.
Not sure how to rate this. Peanut butter choco chip. Tastes ok, a little bland but the package as a strong odor smell, I can't tell if thats the strong protein mix powder they use to achieve the results of protein nutrition or.. I snagged this one cause it was on sale, thought to see how it tastes. I notice it gets a lot of bad ratings cause of smell but im prety sure thats the protein mix thats giving off that smell.. I think and hope; as its lacking carbs and sugars, its why you guys are smelling the protein mix instead. Compared to lennys 4oz cookie 16g pro/10g fiber 68g carbs... This one tastes a lot better compared to the quest tho.. COnsidering the cookie is a mix of wheat, pea, rice proteins. And a bit cheaper at times when its on sale, i usually snag a couple of boxes. Doesnt focus on that strong protein smell or blend that you get with those low carb protein snacks.

Tasty, convenient, high protein, low carb and no baking? Yes, please!!!
These are perfect to keep in the car for a healthier snack as well as to have with coffee in the morning on the go. The peanut butter chocolate chip flavor doesnโt taste anything like home made, but it is quite good and definitely convenient.

Not what we were anticipating from Quest & Amazon products
I apparently ordered them back in April and put them in the pantry with all of my other protein bars and other pre-packaged snacks. In November I finally grabbed one on the way out the door, while heading to work. Opened it with anticipation, only to be grossed out and had to spit it into a napkin. The texture was fine, but the flavor was REALLY off. I've ordered and enjoyed other Quest (gluten-free) cookies and been impressed, but NOT in this case. Because I had sinus/nose surgeries at the end of October, I wondered if that was the cause of the poor flavor for me. So, I brought 2 cookies to work to let the guys in the shop try them. If they liked them, then I'd share the remainder with them. Over this past weekend they sat down and tried the Quest Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip protein cookies with their family... and, they too were completely grossed out! One said they tasted like cardboard. I just checked the box and they are still within their Best By/Exp. date. But, I just noticed it's past the window to return or exchange them for a different flavor. So, I'm out $20. And now I have to figure out if my friend's pigs can eat them, because they contain "chocolate." Will NOT purchase again. :(

Always tasty and fresh.
Got these due to a price drop and a change from our two usual Q cookies. Tasty as always. Price on this brand runs on the high side so we try to take advantage of the drops when we can. Still a better deal than the 4 packs at stores or a single cookie at the gas stations. Check ingredients as they use erythritol which can cause issues in sensitive people.

A bit dry
Even for a protein cookie, it's a bit dry. But if you're bored of always having chocolate, this is a nice change!
