As someone who was overwhelmed by all the prenatal vitamin options out there, I’m so glad I landed on ONE A DAY Prenatal 1. It checks all the boxes—and most importantly, it helps me feel like I’m doing something good for both me and baby every day. The biggest plus for me is that it’s all-in-one. It has folic acid, DHA, iron, and other essentials recommended by my doctor, so I don’t have to juggle multiple pills. And even though the pill is a little on the larger side (like most prenatals), it’s smooth and has a gentle coating that makes it easier to swallow than I expected. I also really appreciate how gentle it is on my stomach. I’ve taken other vitamins in the past that made me nauseous—even with food—but this one hasn’t caused any issues, which is a miracle during the first trimester. I’ve been taking it throughout pregnancy, and I plan to continue into postpartum and breastfeeding since it’s got everything I need for that stage too. If you’re looking for a dependable, doctor-recommended prenatal that’s easy to stick with, this one is a winner. No weird taste, no upset stomach, just peace of mind in one daily pill.

I am not pregnant or trying to get pregnant so this review isn't for that, this is only for my hair. I got my blood checked in 2024 due to some hair loss and found I was severely deficient in b12 and folate/folic acid. I started taking just those supplements by themselves but my hair continued to fall out, and eventually became worse. Every time I'd wash my hair it came out in chunks, even when I barely even touched it, to the point where I cried every wash day. My once very thick hair was now very thin and lifeless, so I kept them in braids for the last month so I didn't have to deal with the shedding as much. Did research on these prenatals and decided to start taking them. Received on January 14 2026. Sometimes I'd take them every day in a row, some days I'd forget. But on February 15, with 9 pills left, I can say after taking out my braids I had very minimal shedding for the first time in years! Like the basic shedding you'd get from just existing. My edges have grown back in as well, my scalp isn't as noticeable as it once was. I haven't got my blood rechecked, but the only thing I've changed in my life was taking these pills, so I definitely recommend and will continue to take them! The only thing is my facial hair grows faster too, but I'd rather get that than be bald okay!!

When I ordered them I noticed the packaging was different. When they arrived I placed one in my hand it felt oily. Then a very potent smell came from the pill as I got it closer to my mouth. I almost gagged as I swallowed it because it had a foul fish smell. Then the hand that held the pill was penetrated by that foul fish smell. This cannot be okay.

I’ve been taking the ONE A DAY Women’s Prenatal 1 and overall, it’s a great option for before and during pregnancy. It has all the essential nutrients, but the pill size can be a challenge for some.
