A Must-Have for Relaxation and Pain Relief!
I recently purchased this product, and it has quickly become an essential part of my self-care routine. Here are a few reasons why I love it: 1. Versatile Hot & Cold Therapy: The clay beads inside the wrap can be heated in the microwave for soothing warmth or cooled in the freezer for a refreshing, cold therapy. This versatility makes it perfect for relieving muscle tension, reducing inflammation, and easing aches and pains. I use it mainly at night for inflammation and relaxation to help me go to sleep quickly. It's great to relieve the pain of headaches and migraines. Great for stomach pain too! 2. Aromatic Relaxation: The lavender and chamomile scents are incredibly calming. The gentle aroma helps me unwind after a long day and even improves my sleep quality. It’s like having a mini spa experience at home! 3. Comfortable and Convenient: The wrap is made from soft polyester, which feels gentle against the skin. The clay beads mold to your body, providing targeted relief exactly where you need it. Plus, it’s easy to use—just heat it up or cool it down, and you’re good to go. 4. High-Quality Materials: The combination of clay beads and smooth polyester ensures durability and comfort. It feels substantial and well-made, which adds to the overall soothing experience. 5. Great Value: At a reasonable price, this heating pad offers excellent value for the comfort and relief it provides. It’s a small investment for a significant improvement in my daily relaxation and pain management. Overall, I highly recommend the Therawell Body Wrap Heating Pad to anyone looking for a reliable and effective way to relax and relieve pain. It’s a fantastic addition to any self-care routine!

They key is not to overdo it
I could hardly wait to try this when it arrived today because I slept wrong and my neck has been aching all day. I was almost sorry when I ordered this because I didn’t see the reviews about it catching on fire until it was ordered. Yow. But having seen those, I put this on a plate in the microwave for 20 seconds. It didn’t feel like it had gotten hot at all, so I gave it another 10 seconds. Didn’t seem hot, but I didn’t want to chance it so I went on and put it around my neck and shoulders and sat back in my recliner to write this review. Well, I have to say that I am surprised. Not only is the scent really lifting my spirits, but the the warmth emanating from the wrap is just right, a gentle, moist, penetrating heat that feels really, really good. I’ve got an expensive electric moist heating pad that doesn’t feel anywhere near as good as this does. So I’m glad I got it. I haven’t tested it cold yet, but I plan to keep it in the freezer inside the plastic pouch it came in because the mint-green fuzzy cover, I know, is going to get dirty in a hurry. I think it can be removed, but it doesn’t look like it would be easy, and I don’t think the cover would hold up well to machine washing. But, oh my! This just feels really super good to me right now! So the trick is, do NOT nuke it until it melts! You don’t need to. And another thing: the weight is just right. It feels like one of those weighted blankets, but not too heavy.

Great for relief from muscle pain.
The body wrap has a calming scent of lavender and chamomile throughout. So in addition to the heavenly scent, it’s also versatile. You can put it in the freezer or microwave, it offers cold and hot therapy! I primarily used it for my neck, the fabric is soft and not too scratchy. It works well by providing relief while remaining soft, great quality. The wrap has loops at the end so you can control the pressure, providing relief while also calming you with the scent of lavender. Great. Quality!

Horrible Strong Smell
Awful awful awful smell! My son described it as someone spilling a bottle of cheap perfume. There is no hint of lavender or chamomile. I’ve washed it and it sat outside to air out for a week before we could bring it in the house. It’s still too strong and gives my daughter a headache.

Neck wrap
I am a little disappointed in this wrap. I thought it had the tiny micro beads filling it. Nope, Much larger beads in this wrap. I keep my neck wraps in the freezer since cold helps my neck. With these larger beads, the wrap doesn't stay cold long at all compared to my old wraps filled with the micro beads. Just a personal choice for me with the size of the beads. Other than that, it is a well made product and if you don't mind larger beads in it, then you should be happy with this item.

Perfect
In recent months, I have been in physical therapy. Upon arrival, the therapist would bring clay wraps to place on my ankles to loosen the muscles and ligaments that are causing my dropped arches. 1. I took a glass pie platter and placed the wrap on its side in the shape of the platter. 2. Ensure the clay beads are evenly distributed so that you get the right amount of heat when placing in the microwave. 3. It says 20 seconds, that did nothing. But 2 to 3 minutes worked perfectly for me (no longer than 20 minutes it’s says on the back of the bag it comes in. 4. It’s not as hot as the ones in my physical therapy office but it does a great job and it smells good too. 5. It does weigh at least 2 lbs and I purchased two. 6. The pain and stiffness subsided after sitting for 5 to 10 minutes.

solid product
Bought this almost 5 years ago. Still have it. The outer sock has basically fallen apart and faded from use but it still smells good, even after I spilled soup on it and thoroughly washed it last year. Very worth the $10 I paid I use this thing every winter.
