I will not know if this product works until next ice season but it looks very nice.

Used it on the ice most of the season I like them alot. They do need a bit of work to get them working right The two trigger arms need a bit of shaving down to stop them from binding and also spray a little reel magic or Pam the keep it from freezing up in temps lower than 15 f Tight lines

I bought these to try on my simple dead stick setup on ice. Seemed like a good deal. Worked great at home. Once on the lake, if temperature is below freezing, the plastic shrinks and creates so much friction that the hook will never open, no matter how much the fish yanks on the lever. That is assuming that you managed somehow mysteriously to keep it dry (next to impossible near the ice hole). Once wet, it all freezes solid and is completely useless.

Works great.
