What is the size product, i.e recommended for an adult of what height and weight.

I would say under 5'5 because even at it's longest position, the suspenders will not stay on and constantly snap off which also causes your pants to bunch up too high. You're better off getting separate orange suspenders for an actual adult not a one size fits "most" deal.

The suspenders will not fit you. My husband is 5’8” and 170 and they were short on him, had to connect to his shirt in back.
