Work great. Have one pair of shoes that always stunk. Now they don't.
Replaced the inner sole of a pair of shoes that always stunk (something about the material). Replaced it with these and no more stink.

I stock up on these whenever I can. They don’t add much thickness so shoes don’t fall off your heels. They are long lasting and provide minimal cushioning especially when you want to wear those comfy thick socks. Shoes still fit and you can have more confidence

Does the job
They are thin. I've had these refuse to stay flat and get folded over, improved with a strip of duct tape on the bottom. They last longer than expected, good for more than a month, even two. The the thicker ones are better for me but too thick for some shoes.

Están bien pero son muy gruesas
Son muy gruesas no te permiten usar otro tipo de plantillas sobre ellas. El paquete vale la pena el precio. Lo único que no me gustó fue que la parte azul de las plantillas es tóxica y te obliga a lavarte las manos y lo otro es que al cortarlos a mi talla de pie no es el número que indica.
