Durable, glides easily, lots of room
Color is darker red, well-made, glides easily, and has lots of room. I've used it twice without any scratches, dings, or durability issues. This was a great purchase! I paid $179 at Christmas time, with a coupon.

Outstanding travelers bag
I've traveled the world hundreds of times using a Delsey bag purchased in 2006, it's an unbelievable tank. Also was more than 2x the price of this bag. The bag, wheels, handles, zippers all still fully functional. Nothing ever broke on that bag. But....it weighs a ton! I bought this new bag knowing it probably will not be as robust or durable but needed something smaller and lighter. For sure the new bag is very light, rolls and manuvers as advertised. Lots of storage space, and the front compartment has me thinking I could even ditch my backpack too for shorter trips! However I can't imagine that it will last for decades like the Delsey tank from 2006. Still, this bag is a winner in my book. Perfect fit for fast and easy travel. Really impressed. Hope it lasts!

Very impressed with the quality and performance of this Delsey luggage
Very impressed with the quality and performance of this product. I had previously bought another suitcase made by Delsey for a 3 week European vacation during which it performed admirably, and so when I was looking to buy another piece of luggage, I gave preference to the Delsey brand. Having traveled for many years, I had always used traditional soft-sided ballistic nylon pieces, but, after seeing a lot of people in airports using the hard-sided cases, I was open to trying that type of suitcase. When it arrived, I was happy to note how light it was, despite appearing to be very well made. The nylon and zippers all seemed like they were good quality, and I found the lock mechanism interesting (if a little intimidating at first because I had never seen that type before). The lock was very easy to work once I read the directions. On to the actual use... I like the way the two compartments are laid out - one has a nylon zip covering to contain contents, with an integrated zip pocket, the other has an adjustable strap that spans the entire space, plus a small zip pouch. On the way to our destination in the Caribbean, I had the suitcase packed completely full, and it weighed just under 40 lbs. On the way back, it was over-packed with the expandable zipper let out and stuffed to capacity, and still was only 46 lbs. We traveled to 2 small Caribbean islands on regional carriers, and the bag was handled many times at the airport and in transit numerous times. I noticed a few surface scratches, but nothing out of the ordinary. The handles are very comfortable, and the wheels are smooth and the bag is very easy to maneuver. On the way back, an entire 5th of rum exploded in the suitcase, and because it was hard-sided, the majority of it dribbled out the bottom. The contents were hardly affected because they were encased in plastic compression bags, and only part of the nylon lining got rum on it. A big benefit of the bag being hard sided plastic, most of the rum ran out and was not soaked up as it would have been with a fabric bag. On the whole, I could not be happier with this luggage and wholeheartedly can recommend it, as well as being most impressed with both Delsey products we have purchased.

Nice overhead-bin friendly bag
Normally I check luggage, but for a recent 3-day/3 night trip, I wanted a hard-sided bag that I could be sure would fit in some of the smaller overhead bins, since I couldn't risk lost clothing. The size and reviews of this bag led me to purchase this one, and I do like it immensely. I do have two small issues about it, though: the extension handle and how you have to fight for space for that zip-up front pocket. The extension handle did feel a little flimsier than other bags I've owned, but not excessively so. But my bigger problem was the slight flares to the side of the handle made it difficult for my smaller Lo & Sons tote to be easily slid on an off the bag. Made the bag nice and secure, of course, but awkward when I'm trying to separate them to get into a cab or when I'm on the jetway or in the plane aisle. I have never had that problem with other rolling bags, so it could just be a mismatch of brands here, but if your chosen bag has a very snug fit on extension handles, know this could be a little awkward. The front zipper pouch is great, but ultimately, even if you lightly pack the interior side of that pocket, even a small amount of items can leaves you with fairly little space in the exterior side. I pretty much just fit a tablet, a travel USB block, and some thin paper items. But if you're expecting to put all your electronics there, that won't really be possible unless everything is very slender. (A lot of my electronics went into my tote instead.) Just make sure to put only soft items on the interior side for a little give, though, and you should be able to fit a laptop and power source. Otherwise, I loved the dark red color I ordered, the zippers felt pretty smooth, I liked the zip-around cover on the other side which kept everything nice and secure, I always appreciate a built-in lock, and the little pocket for an AirTag/Tile was appreciated.

I purchased this suitcase when it was on super sale for $50 and it was one of the best purchases I've made. I needed something smaller to bring with me on quick trips and this fit the bill. My husband and I have been using larger Delsey's for close to five years and those two suitcases have been through a war and look FABULOUS, so buying another Delsey was a no brainer. This suitcase is perfect for taking with you when you travel by plane. It's lightweight and the wheels spin like a dream. I had no problem lifting it over my head (fully stuffed with my belongings) and storing it in overhead bins. The wheels did not present a problem in any size overhead storage space, even on the smaller planes, I was able to turn it sideways. I love the quick access front where you can store a laptop or tablet, magazines and other belongings. Nice feature. The telescoping handle has not been a problem for me at all. I'm able to put my purse or large tote on top of it and wheel the whole thing along. This suitcase is SMALL, but it's expandable. So don't be surprised with how little the storage is inside. But, with some clever arranging, it really is the perfect carry-on suitcase. I wouldn't consider packing bulky shoes if you don't need to, they'll take up the entire inside. Great purchase and I got it for a steal of a price!

One of my best ever purchases!
This is one of my favorite purchases of all-time! I bought the 19-in carry on version in black and just brought it on a 10-day trip to Europe and I fit everything in this bag, including an extra pair of dress shoes! The bag is seriously unbelievable -- there's just so much room and I love all the compartments. Really sturdy, high-quality, reasonably priced and it looks nice. Wheeled well around the airport and town without issues. A huge win!

The handle stopped working properly after the second long international trip
I should have listened to those few who dissatisfied about this luggage from the first time they used it, but I thought it was just an expected manufacturing defect level (a rare occurrence). So I gave it a try! I purchased this luggage for two reasons: to have easy access to my 13" apple computer and iPad Pro for my frequent international travels going through many security check points, and secondly for a good size carry-on for a one-week trip. I have used this luggage as my carry-on on two long trips: New-York - Hong Kong - HCMC (Saigon) on Dec 28 and HCMC (Saigon)-Hong Kong-Amsterdam - Hamburg on Jan 3. Here are what happened after the Second trip from Saigon - Hong-Kong - Amsterdam - Hamburg (a long 28 hour trip) with three aircraft changes and a long-distance bus ride: 1. I Like the V-shape opening of the computer compartment. Zipping up the zipper to close it has to be done with care, otherwise the zipper catches the fabric ears that maintain the V-shape. As long as you do not overpack the shared compartment on the other side of the computer side, you are OK. 2. When I received this luggage just on the same day of I was leaving New York for Asia (on Dec 28), I saw the handle was not as strong and durable as I expected compared to my Tumi luggage. I thought it should be OK after all it came with a 10-year international warranty. During these two trips obviously the handle was used quite a bit - as you move from gates to gates and from lounges to lounges. I handled it with care all the time. The luggage runs smooth on a hard surface, less so on thick carpet as I expected. But after I got to Hamburg, and was getting on to a bus to Kiel, the handle did not lock-in properly (to stay down). One handle bar could not collapse all the way down - just about 0.5 in on one side and prevented it to stay down. I managed to lock it after a few jiggles. But now it needs a minute or two to collapse all the way down and stayed in a lock position. This is unacceptable flaw. Definitely I will return it. The manufacturing defect rate is more than I expected from Delsey. I will definitely return it and reconsider buying a Vitrinox that is twice the price. All in all it is an OK bag. The volume is small as some reviewers have pointed out, but it works fine for me (fits for two jeans, 2 shirts, 5 T-shirts, winter gears, two sweaters, and 1 computer + 1 iPad Pro). I have a small back pack to carry the back-up drive, cables, and books.

Very nice luggage and a great size for carry-on travel, but can easily be scratched or dented
I loved this luggage that I want to buy a replacement already, but I know I shouldn't. Unfortunately my Delsey luggage did not survive my Europe trip and I mostly blame the budget airlines I used to travel around countries. The luggage itself may be sleek, stylish, and lightweight; but It definitely does not have the structure to survive checked luggage travel. This Delsey luggage easily scratches, just opening it and moving it on a wooden floor got it a scratch (so open in a light surface, like a bed or rug). These luggages are also easily prone to dents and whatnot. I know checking this small luggage is a risk, but I took the risk to save some money a couple times and for some of my flights the international carry-on size regulations made it too large to go in the cabin with me, forcing me to put it on hold/check it in. On the second checked luggage trip, my baggage came out a complete disaster. It was still usable, but the luggage is just horrific to look at now. It would be embarrassing to take on travel now, defeating the luggages purpose. I use it for storage now LOL! I do really like the style and brand of Delsey, so I do expect to buy a future luggage from them to replace my damaged one. But I will probably only use it for carry-on travel domestically in the States so I can handle it properly.

Quality spinner
This is an exact replacement of the spinner that lasted for many years of travel. The case is durable and the matte finish stands up well and it is a dream to manoeuvre through airport and streets. The inside holds a lot of items and the 25” size I never worry about over weight. The zipper section inside means clothes don’t scatter when opened. Highly recommend!!

Fits a week’s worth of clothes plus devices
This worked really well for our 6 day cruise. Although I did overpack (typical). Would work even better with compression packing cubes. Getting iPads in and out was easy for security check. And pulling and pushing the carry on everywhere was a breeze!

Best luggage I have owned to date.
I reviewed this product earlier, however, at that time we had only used it when driving to destinations. We have now flown to Las Vegas, and used two pieces of the set of three Helium Titanium cases on the trip. Here is a summary of how they fared, and my conclusions. First of all, they are extremely lightweight, but that should not worry you regarding their durability - which on this experience is excellent. Due to the color, they did get marked up with surface stains where they rubbed against various surfaces, but for any regular traveler, these are marks that prove your luggage is important for utility over attractiveness. I think they look beautiful with the usage blemishes. Besides which, the color (while marking easily) makes them stand out on the conveyor belt at the airport, so I was able to spot them without any problem at all. This beautiful set of luggage ticks all the boxes for my wife and I; attractive, durable, distinctive, lightweight, and built with the best spinner wheels we have ever used. Highly recommended!
