Martin guitar strings vs Elixir.
So far so good. I have been using elixirs for years since those are what came on my Taylor guitar. They are good and last a long time. I decided to try a treated instead of coated string. So far I’m excited about these strings. They play very nice and have a great sound, so far. They seem alive, enhancing that quality in my guitar, that is the reason I bought it. We will see if they hold up for a reasonable life span.

I like em!
With the current price of coated strings these days, these are a bargain. I decided to give em a try. I use to use Martin medium gauge phosphor bronze for years after first buying my HD-28. A friend turned my on to some medium DR Dragon Skins. I liked how they sounded and lasted. I think I like the sound of these new Martins better. I'll see if they last as long. I'm pleased with the tone.

Exactly what I wanted!
I play a Taylor 326ce and have been using D'Addario XLS strings for a while. I started to get tired of how bright those strings were and wanted something a bit deeper and warmer. These strings are hitting the spot! I actually order several brands based on a reddit post, but these are the first ones I tried from those recommendations and I'm already loving them way more. They feel great and are coated like the XLS, but it's just different. Maybe the coating is thinner and gives you more of the real sound of the strings? Either way, if you're looking for something new, these strings are priced great and sound even better!

Packaging with each string separate and sound fantastic. I have a Martin D16e and they are excellent.

llego en perfecto estado. Excelentes cuerdas de guitarra. Le van muy bien al sonido de la electroacustica Martin D-13 ziricote.

Un poco caras pero valen la pena, como todas cuerdas hay que cuidarlas para que duren con brillo pasados los tres meses de uso.

Still trying to adjust to these strings. After tape wound, sound is better on first and second , but they are tight strings.
