Good hand exercise
It's good It's not hard It's a good stress relief as well as an exercise for your hands

The finger loops broke in the first few days but it did help with my P.M.R. Good to have as a standby for when it flares up.

Dissapointing.
I was initially very pleased with purchase but on the second day one if the finger bits split so making it less effective.
