Great taste, 90 seconds to being ready
This is super easy (90 seconds in the microwave) and super delicious. It's a staple at our house, especially yummy with lemony scallops and garlicky sauteed spinach. I also like it for lunch as a poke bowl with leftover vegetables and chicken or seafood. I have it included in Subscribe and Save, with 12 packets delivered every 2 months. (If we have one or two packets left over, it also makes a great contribution to the local food drives.)
