I use protein shakes post workout and sometimes as a meal replacement. I've been looking for a new brand for about a year and a co-worker suggested Syntha-6 Cookies and Cream. Without a doubt, this is the best tasting protein shake I've ever tried. It is not chalky, mixes well, and in all honesty, it is more like a treat. Syntha-6 is available in many different flavors; however, I wish BSN made a multipack so I could try all their flavors without committing to a large jar. If you are looking for a great tasting, high-quality protein shake I would definitely start with Syntha-6.

i’ve been using this as a replacement for breakfast and sometimes lunch and it’s very good !! tastes like cookies and cream ice cream and it really does keep me full i use 2 scoops in each shake definitely worth the money ! i only bought the small tub this time but my next purchase will be the bigger tub for sure. also could mix it with greek yogurt and freeze for protein froyo !!

This product is amazing. I am, generally speaking, a huge fan of the BSN Syntha-6 line. Cookies and cream was allright, but I prefer the chocolate peanut butter. This has a lot of great attributes to it, especially for the price (the biggest selling point IMO), but it does have a lot of sugars in it and the protein is a mix of time released protein as opposed to straight whey. I used this as a mean replacement and it tastes amazing with milk... but pretty good as well with just water. For me this was part of my nightly protein intake to help stimulate sustained protein release to help my metabolism. Beware that adding milk will definitely increase your calories! ***Update*** My girlfriend and I go through these all the time now. I wish I had set up an auto-ship as this really is just an outstanding product. Chocolate peanut butter is impossible to get sick of.

Syntha-6 Cookies and Cream is delicious. I mix it with 2% milk or coconut water, it's even okay in plain water but I think it tastes best in milk. I don't work out but I have found that if I watch my calorie intake (with MyFitnessPal) and drink 1 glass of Syntha-6 a day, it helps me lose weight better. I know it is due to this drink because I always eat the same amount of calories everyday. During about a 2 week period it seemed like I wasn't losing as much weight as when I first started watching my calories and I couldn't figure out why. So, I went back & looked at the foods I ate during those 2 weeks and that's when I saw that I hadn't had my Syntha-6 everyday like I used to. Since discovering that, I started drinking it again and sure enough, I am back to losing weight as good as I did before.

Flavor is tolerable but a little off. The mix does not mix well with water at all. I use an electric hand blender and no matter how much effort I put into mixing, there are always unmixed lumps. Plus, the little cookie pieces just fall out to the bottom, so you don't really get much of that. The container is enormous, and it takes two enormous scoops to make a normal size shake. I loved the IdealShake cookies and cream flavor but that was discontinued so I thought I would try this one, but not sure I'll buy it again.

Tastes amazing.. with equally good with water or milk. It fully disolves and leaves no after taste. l love it but It is on the sweet side

Don’t really like this one at all, had high hopes after having the chocolate many times. But it wasn’t good so probably won’t purchase again.

Tasty protein powder! Consistency and blending of this powder is excellent and I’ll be ordering more soon. The price is also quite good.
