Good Read to help with you learning your Bible…

I wish I had discovered this book earlier in my Christian walk. I appreciated the overview of scripture, seeing where and how things line up. This book is exactly what it claims to be, a means of understanding the Bible. This is not a commentary but acts more as a summary, giving the reader some major guideposts from which to gain an understanding of the Bible in the broad view. Following the biblical outline, the author covers 10 major doctrines of the Church universal. My two favorite sections of the book are the nano summary, which does an even more condensed look at the Bible, covering the story, the teaching and the main message in 3000 words, and the section on mastering the Bible so well that it masters you. This book is NOT a substitute for diving into scripture but rather a tool to clear the way and let the student know what to expect in the unfolding story of scripture. This book can act as a launch point to greater understanding of the Word of God. I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Good book to read and helpful for understanding would buy again

I am so pleased with this book! I am planning on purchasing several of these for members of my family and for a special friend. You are going to love this book and how it provides a wonderful way to learn the Bible. I have several learning issues so it will take me a bit longer to get through it.I am happy to invest the extra time, no matter how long it takes me. Even a seasoned Bible reader will learn something they were not aware of. You are going go love how this book makes you feel like a Bible scholar. I feel so blessed to have found this book. This is definitely a good reference material to understand the organisation of the contents in the Bible. It helps regular Christian Bible readers with a good guidance on several topics ranging from structure, geography, summary etc. This is definitely a good collection and handy reference for Bible lovers.

I’m half-way through this book and all I keep thinking is “Where have you been all my life?!” lol It’s extremely well laid-out, easy to read and understand, and a pleasure to work through. I would absolutely recommend this book to others wanting to better understand the layout, content, and structure of the Bible.

Fantastic book for beginners! It gives a really clear overview of the Bible which for me helps me to understand the finer (and overwhelming details). It explains the main eras, people, and stories, and breaks down what each book of the Bible is classified as i.e history, prophecy, poem, and who wrote what, and when, such as before Christ, after Christ. It covers geography and family bloodlines in a simple and understandable way, and makes everything that was once confusing, so much more clear! I cannot recommend enough. I have wanted to read the word for years, and now I feel confident in my understanding, and am enjoying it! Very well written, illustrations and repetition to help you absorb it all - couldn’t be without it!
