What does the back of this handle look like? Is there a back piece to open the door from the other side?

I was confused as to the difference between the "8 inch" and "8 inch flush" option. The "8 inch flush" showed a picture of a pull handle AND flush handle. However, the seller answered this Q&A and said there is no set. So, I ordered both thinking I needed both to make the set. That is not the case. The "8 inch" is just the pull handle while the "8 inch flush" is in fact a set with the both the pull handle and flat plate handle. It's buried in the description details. I wish the seller would remove their Q&A response that says it's not a set. There are sets depending on which item you order.
