As a former personal trainer, I exercise a lot both at the gym and house. My body got dehydrated so easily until I found this product. Not only does it help to stay hydrated during my routine exercises, but it also helps me reduce my leg cramps and soreness in most of my body after the exercises. The good thing also is that this product does not contain any sugar and/or artificial flavors, which is a good sign for me to consume. The electrolyte salt ingredients inside the pills really work and useful for my body. If you need this kind of supplement too, it is recommended and I hope it's useful for your body too.

So far so good! I use them playing golf to stop cramping on hot humid days. So far, no cramping!

Love these! I love that they're a quick hit of minerals - pink himalayan salt is my absolute favorite for this - in a pill form, so if you're not hungry - or out and about - you can take one and get your electrolyte/mineral fix. I have chronic migraines, so this is a critical issue for me! particularly as I'm on the go in NYC, where things can super busy on the reg. and you can find yourself needing healthy electrolytes, fast. I am a WAY bigger fan of these than any of the so-called healthy electrolye replenishers, which tend to have too much sugar, a lower quality salt, or ingredients that just don't metabolize as well (I'm looking at you, Nuun :)). These are my new favorites!

Great product! As advertised!

During this summer, the area I live in was really hot and I could not find an air conditioner, I ended up with heat fatigue. I did not know what to do about it, until I read that Electrolyte/salt pills helped. I did some research on the different brands out there and these seemed to be the best. I liked that it uses pink Himalayan salt in the capsules. So I bought some and tried them. They started to help right away and the effects continued to get better and better each day. Also, my daughter has been diagnosed with chronic fatigue and has the symptoms of POTS, She started taking the Polyfit Electrolyte Salts and found that they helped, they are not the complete answer, but they did increase her useable energy (with Chronic Fatigue that is a big thing), and helped her with the POTS symptoms. We both continue to use these every day. They are awesome.

I always have a hard time drinking my electrolytes; this makes it so much easier to keep my electrolytes up. I have tried multiple things, and this is by far my favorite. Taking one pill and drinking a full glass of water is a lot easier than drinking a glass of flavored, salty, powdered mix. Will buy again.

I initially bought these pills to get and keep myself hydrated. They did that and also gave me a really nice welcomed boost of energy and helped ease some tough muscle pain and discomfort, which was a welcome find as someone who has struggled with these things because of cerebral palsy for years. The only downside to this product (at least for me) was that I found the recommended one pill to be too potent. I was happy though that I could easily pull the capsules apart and sprinkle half of the powder on a cracker or other food and take it that way. The powder does taste very salty though, so get ready to pucker up a little if you need to sprinkle it onto something. But, it’s not so bad, especially if you mix the powder with something neutral or sweet tasting. PS: This product also helps me relax and sleep better too - probably because of the salt. 😊

I’ve used these a couple times during 5Ks, and I have noticed a positive affect on my performance. However, I tend to get cramps after I take these and during the middle of my races, but then they go away. I gave these 3 stars because of the amount of pain they caused me a few times.

Used it for one ride. I was plenty hydrated but got cramps despite using some of the pills. Not sure if the dosage was correct….
