Well designed, good quality materials, and solidly built. Got this for my wife. She's really diggin' it. Installation took all of 10 minutes. Fits the toilet very well. A little pricey but I went with Kohler due to their quality reputation, good value. The power cord is stiff and has a lot of tight bend memory in it. Run some hot water in a pitcher and grab the two electrical connectors in your hand so they don't get wet. Then put all the cable in the hot water for about a minute, this softens the jacket. Pull it out and straighten. May need to repeat to get it straight. The app is a little overkill, but allows adjustment of the night light and heat intensity.

When we purchased this home three years ago, the master bathroom had this toilet seat. We love it so much, that we purchased another one. Nothing worse than getting up in the middle of the night in the winter and sitting on a cold toilet seat. The quality is great. Has three temperature settings and has a small light to help the men in your life with their aim at night. Easy to install as long as you have an outlet somewhat near by (has a pretty long cord). Installs very secure to the toilet…does not loosen up and move around like some toilet seats.

Omg! Something I never knew I needed! Fits elongated bowls well. Easy to clean. No noise when closing. Removal is a breeze. Looks great. Most importantly, the royal tushy is happy and warm. Will never go back to a regular seat again!

So I love this toilet seat! Definitely works! Keeps the booty warm and has 3 different heating options which is nice. The reason for 4 stars is there app for it. You have to be right next to the seat for it to work and it crashes alot. Not really helpful. I like using the app instead of the buttons on the back of the seat because they are not easily accessible. Hard to push the buttons. So using a app that sometimes works, makes it difficult. Other then that. Great toilet seat!

Relatively easy to install. Was unable to get my iphone 15 max pro to pair with the app, but manual mode is easy to use. Love having a warm seat!

The rear portion of the seat just won't sit flat on an elongated Kohler toilet. The rear bumper pads on the underside of the seat sit 1/4" above the rim of the toilet. When you sit on the seat, it has to flex for the rear pads to meet the rim of the toilet. When you get up, the seat flexes back and the lid hits the back of the tank with a bang. Unnerving! Other than that, the design of the seat is beautiful and the heating is very even and works great if you can live with hearing the lid knock against the tank every time you stand up. Come on Kohler, it can't be that hard to make the rear of the seat meet the rim of a Kohler toilet.

One of my wife's favourite things. It's been working well for 2 or 3 years now, and my wife wants me to install one on a second toilet in the house. There's no better recommendation than that. She loves the heated seat.

I bought two of these when they went on sale. Got the elongated ones since they were cheaper even though our toilets are round. We will eventually upgrade the toilets to elongated anyway and it doesn't look too bad the way it is. Installation is almost as easy as replacing a regular toilet seat. The app is neat but to be honest, once you set it it's pretty much forget it. I like that it retains its settings even after a power outage so no surprise cold toilet seats. We have a brondell in another toilet (which was more expensive) and if the power cuts out, it just stays off until you manually turn it back on.

Comfortable seat, temperature setting range is very good, I prefer the low setting. Lighting level is good. Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had difficulty pairing with my iPhone. Managed once, then when power was lost, couldn’t pair again. Gave up and set levels (temperature and lighting) manually on the seat. Lost the ability to set different colours.
