I personal do not eat these. I bought them for my husband. He, as well as my young grandson loves them!

Delicious--but contain sugar!
These little fishies are SO good! Like a few other people reviewing this, I used to buy the cheap ones too--Beach Cliff, etc., and the difference between the cheap ones and these is stunning! Unfortunately, these cost $10 more than the cheepies but they're nice and firm and the mustard sauce (that I bought) was really good! In the past, I could only eat sardines when I was REALLY hungry because they're so disgusting but these? I look forward to snacking on them! Sardines are so incredibly good for you (Omega 3 and sodium), you kind of owe it to yourself to eat them--now, it's no problem! Why they contain deadly sugar though, is beyond me! It's their only drawback.

A whole lotta mustard.
Good sardines, lots of mustard! There is a thick layer of mustard on top of the fish - way too much for me. Some people may not mind, but for me it was excessive. If you love Dijon mustard, then this is for you!

Dry and over-cooked, with a mud-like mustard without any vinegar
I was greatly disappointed by these sardines. The sardines were 'dry' from being over-cooked. To make it worse, the mustard has no 'zip'...no vinegar... no flavor. It was muddy and very bland. I've had sardines in mustard that were good with a juicy fish and a bright flavor; but these are NOT even close to that level.

Best tasting Sardines I've had
Sardines are super healthy. Fairly low calorie and just loaded with the "good stuff". I try them straight from the can to see if they are edible to me. These are, so far, the only ones I can eat straight from the container. I will try on salads and other ways as well as other flavors. For now, these are my goto when I want a quick protein boost that is tasty.

Sardines are same quality but the honey mustard leaves much to be desired. Yuk.
