Great Fatshark receiver for a very good price.
This receiver looks like a copy of Furious True-D. When plugged into the goggles, an AKK logo pops up on the receiver boot-up, however after that the firmware appears to be similar to True-D receiver as well. The main difference is that AKK did not include a USB plug that is present on the Furious FPV receiver, even though there is a spot for it on the board. AKK’s receiver seems to work great. The menus are a lot easier to navigate than on Eachine Pro58 or RX5808, diversity functions and the goggles do not run any hotter than with other FatShark receivers that I own. Diversity works great. Usually the other inexpensive FatShark receivers such as RX5808 have an awkward wheel/button hybrid that allows navigation through menus, and it is a huge pain to use. This one has 3 separate buttons, which make menu navigation a lot easier. Center button functions as "enter key" while the top and bottom buttons scroll through a horizontal menu. For the price, this receiver is awesome. It is nice to be able to buy a decent diversity receiver from Amazon, and not wait for a month for shipping. For reference, Eachine Pro58 is sold by banggood with usual banggood shipping times, and RX5808 is about $20 more. I would not hesitate to recommend this receiver for somebody who just bought their new goggles or is sick of one-button interface on RX5808 or Eachine Pro58. The receiver does not come with a cover to make it fit into the goggles. The 3D print file is available here from thingsverse, and it fits perfectly.

Good buy for fpv budget!
got this to upgrade my fatshark dominator goggles...fits perfect and works with no problem. I have 2 issues, 1 that this has no cover for it so I had to 3d print one that was designed for a totally different module but it worked almost perfectly, and 2 no manual...now it lists pretty much what you need to know in the picture but a little more detail would be nice. But for the price a little work is ok. If your wondering this will work the the furious fpv true d 3.5 cover. There are some available on thingiverse to print. I used a menace pico antenna and a foxeer pagota and my video is excellent. Very happy with this

First was bad out of box, second had rolling video...
First was bad out of box, it never kicked out a video signal. The second one the video was displayed but it was full of white flashes like it was showing a single frame of static. The AKK vtx modules are pretty decent however this is far from that.

Works Great and best bang for the buck
I have a pair of 7+ year old fat sharks that I wanted to add diversity to. This turn out the be the easiest and least expensive to do so. I did buy a cover off of eBay to fit it. Works like a champ and very easy to use. Really just plug and play. Of course I had to cut my googles, but that was relatively easy using a Dremmel tool and cutting wheel. Plus there was no soldering involved what so ever. In my case, it is fantastic. Long term use? Not a clue but so far so good!

Doesn't fit sky04x v2 without mods or pin extension
It works fine however the top pcb is just slighty too big to sit in the sky04x's module bay, fatsharks dont have that issue since their bay is bigger, I used a long wire extension and it works pretty well.

Less sensitive than other receivers
Fpv racing its ok, not too good for long range!

Great diversity module.
This is a low cost rx module that you can use with almost anything if you can find a 5v source and a video input. It works flawlessly as a quick and easy repair to a broken diversity headset I bought for cheap. This module looks like it is based from an open source module like the realacc, although I could not find the source files for it the raelacc. This is a great value although it would be great if it had the USB port and the USB to UART IC on the board. I think one can modify the firmware on this board if they got their hands on an USBASP and solder wires to the labeled points on the board. I may purchase another one and test out my theory.

Great module!!
Installed this in a set of Fatshark Focal V2’s which is the same as Fatshark Attitude V3’s. The module fit fine with no modifications needed to the goggles. I used the cover from the Furious True D Attitude line. I found the clear cover only online for $5.00. It clipped right in with no double sided tape needed. The module works fantastic and reception is so much better then the module the Focal’s came with.

This receiver was a perfect for using with my eachine ev100 goggles to replace the receiver that is build in as it is not very good at all. I have some good antennas on the AKK and it works like a charm. Having the pinout for the receiver in the description helped a lot as i attached the antenna to the outside of the goggles and used a voltage regulator to buck down the power from 8.4 to 5v using a 12V phone charger for a car. I then wired in the video with a 4 pole 3.5mm plug I had laying around from an old set of apple earbuds. I would recommend this to anyone needing a good quality diversity receiver in Canada as it is hard to find one from any other hobby shops in Canada without having to wait the month for shipping from China.

Bought this to troubleshoot why my vrx had signal but no video.. had the same issue with this one only to realise the hdzero module adaptor can create a thickness so what even with all the connector in their right spot , video might be a hair away from contact. Using caseless shown me it work perfect I even like it better than my speedybeevrx. I dual analog and digital and counnt be more happy with this product. Like many said, i shouldve gone with this one first. ( Dont mind the pink tint in my picture my camera is setup to max gain and nv. The colour is actually perfect). I just hope the seller or amazon packaging wouldve sealed the box because it arrived with a 8bitdo keyboard sitting on it ,boxed open rattling around. I tested it throughouly before hooking it up to my googles cause of that, stand alone first to make sure its safe. Construction looks a bit shady and not super quality ( one of the ant needs to be inserted with precaution because mine will have a tendency to spin on a crossthread. But all and all i give a good 5/5 , because it got me to diag as a second reference for way less than most competitors and honestly the interface is so much better than say ... Speedyb
