Not A Happy Camper
These speakers came with great sound. But when you plug them up with connecting wire in the back. On which the connection wire fitting is to loose when you connect. Because they cost 100 bucks I could not discard them. So I had the chalk the connection wires in order to keep a connection. Sad for a Bose product.

Perfect addition to my existing SoundTouch family!
Perfect addition to all my other SoundTouch units!I decided to add the SoundTouch 10 to my existing SoundTouch system. I have a SoundTouch amp for my outdoor speakers and a SoundTouch receiver connected to my main living room stereo and this little speaker added some sound for my basement and it is perfect!!!

Love everything about the system except, sometimes you have to reset the box if you haven't used it in a few days. The sound from the system is excellent. It's also small enough to take everywhere.

It came with no manual or instructions took awhile on my own trying to figure it out the help site was less than hoped for although a little bit helpful. other than that I'm happy with the product

Speaker Works well and app works well
Mine is working well. I already had the app loaded on my Droid for another speaker I have. I read some reviews and I followed the instructions from another review because I didn't really see anything inside the box. It took a few attempts to get it to work but it wasn't too difficult. At first I guess I was too far from the modem for it to connect so I put the speaker closer to the modem. It took like 15 minutes.The refurbished speaker looks new. I'm happy with it.

They have a SERIOUS customer service problems!!
I like the sound quality, but I have purchased TWO of the speakers. After the first one stopped working after SIX MONTHS, I tried to send it in for warranty work. It is a one year warranty. I received my order in October 2019, so it was unexpired, yet they said it was OUT OF WARRANTY!Decided to order another one to replace it since I liked the quality, and received it last week. I registered it, and today I decided to check on its warranty status. It said it, too, was out of warranty after a WEEK!
