Reasonable priced inlay bits!
i needed to do some minor inlay work on a vintage guitar, to replace a headstock logo. The bit I used, worked flawlessly, and the repair came off better than I had expected, due to my inexperience with inlay work. Seeing how expensive these type of bits can get, I feel these worked just fine, and will hopefully use them more in the future.

Break on the very first plunge
I ordered three of these bits given their price and that I mill a lot of items so it's understandable I can go through them quickly. Unfortunately, I feel I broke a record by breaking all 3 within 24 hours of them being delivered. 2 broke almost immediately during milling jobs while one was able to actually complete a job, but it eventually broke immediately on the following job. I am cutting exotic wood species and actually had success with these very same bits and had one that lasted me for about half a year. I am very careful with my equipment and I tend to configure jobs to run at a more cautious level, but even those parameters are too intense for these week bits. These are the most unreliable mills I have ever used. I will be demanding a refund for these weak, faulty products. Do not order these!

Great set for the money
This is a great set of bits, perfectly graduated for inlay work. The spiral downcut leaves a beautifully smooth bottom & Plunges like butter. These are solid carbide bits and work best at high speed with a slow feed rate. I have paid $30 for a single bit, so this set is a real value.

Mostly good
Most of these bits work really well, but the 1/32" one broke immediately!!! A bit that thin should not be that long!

Great little bits (1/16")!
I used the 1/16" downcut bits to cut mahogany and maple. The attached pictures show the mahogany, all of which was cut with the 1/16" bit. The maple was largely cut with a 1/8" bit from a different maker, but the small holes in its center were cut with this 1/16" bit. I couldn't be happier with the results. No tearout or chipping at all. I ran the bit at 18,000 RPM and 36 IPM.

They are solid carbide,
They are solid, they are long. That being said , it can be good thing or bad thing . They are down cut router bits , I used the 3/32nd , and the 1/8th inch bits fine. But The 1/16th and 3/64th snapped immediately while I was trying to cut pockets for pearl inlay on a guitar headstock. The bigger down cut bits, work very well cutting bridge slots, but you have to make small cuts ( they are down cut) . But they leave a smooth bottom finish for the bone saddle to rest.

I’ll be using these to do inlays in guitar fretboards. Did a quick test and they cut as expected.

To date I used the 3/64” bit in my Dremel rotary tool for inlaying copper wire into wooden boxes and the downcut flutes left a relatively clean cut. I will have to determine where to use the other sizes. I wish I had the option to substitute the other sizes in the package price. I would have ordered more of the 3/64 size knowing it’s the one I will use the most in the near future.

Product came pre broken. I'm hesitant to even use them if they broke on the way here.

I’ve been using this bit for a while now! Engraved on walnut, pine, cut through mdf a few times. It’s lasting really well and I’ll buy it again when it wears out or breaks.
