Crystal Noodle Soup, Spicy Tofu, (Pack of 6 Cups) 2.4 OZ

This soup is so damn good. It's fairly oily and I usually skim off the majority of it with a spoon once the noodles are cooked. My only complaint is I wish it was cheaper so I could eat it more frequently. I plan to try other flavors made by this company. If you happen to have an MSG sensitivity you may want to be careful with this soup, though if you're in this category you probably wouldn't buy this product in the first place. It says no msg added right on the packaging but I guarantee you it's in there, probably in the form of the yeast extract. I have tried msg on it's own and used it in my cooking many times so this is a fairly educated guess. If you don't know that you have an msg sensitivity then don't let me scare you away from this product, it is freaking delicious and you will not regret buying it. If I had more money I would definitely subscribe to this product.

This soupy noodle (or noodly soup) is right up my flavor-preference alley. It's hot (in the spicy sense), salty (in the heart-attack sense), and the noodles are soft and slurpable. I need to limit myself to one or two a week or my tastebuds give up on tasting anything that isn't this soup. Spicy tofu FTW!

So I have celiac and ordered this product so I could have something quick to make. After the item being delayed twice I opened it and saw that not only does it contain gluten/wheat but that is also looks nothing like the one on the page that boasts gluten free, vegan, and no MSG. While I don't care about the vegan or msg bit, the gluten part is rather annoying to find out. I am disappointed to see that this was just a waste of time trying to get. I recommend that if you are celiac or have to avoid gluten for any reason then please avoid this product.

I love the taste and texture and it's just the right amount of hot spicy. Yum! Great flavor! My problems with it are the extremely high sodium and lack of much tofu. There are NOT chunks like the photo, the few there are dissolve into tiny pieces that are weirdly crunchy. Still yummy and a filling snack, just not that nutritious. It's not vegetarian so don't let the tofu content fool you... :)

This tastes amazing, it's too spicy for my roommate but I loved it. Avoid it if you're not good with spicy things, obviously. It's just really expensive for what it is. Even so, I'll probably get it again for a quick lunch on a busy day, because it's tasty enough to justify treating myself a little.

Got these for my wife who has a gluten sensitivity as an emergency work lunch. Well, they are so good that they became a regular lunch for her. She never got sick and they are quite tasty (I’ve had a few). We got a lot of different flavors and all were good.

I love hot and sour noodle soup. I love taste. It’s not too hot, but need more sour flavors. I thought Chinese hot and sour soup (酸辣湯麺) , but taste similarly Shin 辛 Korean ramen noodle.I don’t like sin ramen because too salty.

i thought it was supposed to be gluten free, but mine said it contains wheat in it.... i'm confused...
