I got this wrist brace before my surgery to help manage pain during my workday, and it made a big difference. The compression feels just right—firm enough to provide support but not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. I like that I can easily adjust the strap to make it tighter or looser depending on how much support I need. Even after years of use, it has held up incredibly well. The material hasn’t stretched out, and the velcro still sticks just as securely as when I first got it. Now, I use it for weightlifting at the gym to protect my wrist, and it gives me the stability I need without restricting movement. It wont give you support to lift heavier weights as weight straps do but it's more to protect a wrist. This isn’t a rigid brace, so it won’t immobilize the wrist, but that’s exactly what I wanted—support without feeling locked in. Whether I was dealing with pain or now just using it as a preventative measure, it has been a solid, reliable piece of gear that I’m glad I bought.

These wrist compression straps are great if you have arthritis or soreness in your wrist. Adjustable for adults and children.

I play a lot of pickleball and I tweak my wrist often working on different shots and have found if I wear one of these it offers needed support. The main thing is it supports backhand flicks. I am a 5.23 DUPR and some of the shots coming at me are missiles, my counters tend to bend that wrist if I am not locked. When I wear this it really aids with wrist pain. the downside they stretch out quickly, about 3 weeks for me with daily use. They come in a two pack so I get 6 weeks of use before I buy another set. Not a bad ROI for me.

Inexpensive and well made, but I'm going back to the design that tails out in 2 directions from my thumb. Problem is occasionally pain with routine use after fracture. This is the very common design, straight shot, but angled support works better for me. Slowly learning to buy right one first time. (Lost last one). See "Dr Arthritis."

I have carpel tunnel flare ups from time to time, and while the bulkier wrist braces are good for sleeping, they just do not function correctly while I’m working at my computer/desk. This set of wrist wraps are incredible for the 9-5 and don’t get in the way of daily tasks. I have the grey pair, so to me they are aesthetically pleasing and provide gentle support for my wrists. It’s been a very hot summer, and they definitely make me sweaty, but I don’t think you can avoid that with any brace. They do fry quickly, though! (Whew!) The closures are strong yet easy enough to undo during a bad flare up. These also offer comfort and additional support for when I walk my 70-lb, always-pulling shepherd mix. I have zero bad things to say. I don’t think you’ll regret this purchase. I paid $10 for a set of two and think that’s an incredible price. Even if I only wore them for a week, I wouldn’t be mad at spending $10 on these! Get them and stop looking like a goober in your big wrist supports. 😂

I injured myself 12/11/ 2025 in a bad Semi Truck crash during the winter. I went over an embankment barrier during the snowy winter late one work night in the Semi. Adrenalin was so high of course, so I did not feel any injuries or pain initially. I was, though, severly injured. My right wrist, and my left wrist, with my big left toe were injured real bad. A week later, pain rushed in on me. But my Semi, and I were both, at the time, demolished, and I was stuck up in Pennsylvania, not near medical care, or home. I needed medical attention, but I did not want the Company to put me on Workers Comp, so I told them I wasn't hurt. I ordered 2 of these wrist braces. One for my left wrist, and one for my right wrist. These came just in time at home. I finally got home, got a new Semi. I wore these braces for about a month and a half, to isolate both my wrist. Pain was rushing in fast and constantly everyday. I was on Tylenol. I finally went to the Dr today, 02/12/2026, got X-Rays on my wrist, and my left big toe, and now I have a medical wrist brace for my right wrist, and a full Walking Boot for my left foot for the left big toe injury. Im thankful for these wrist braces. I had also ordered a foot brace to get me through also initially. It held me up till I was in a position to get medical care. THANKS!!

There is no 5 star brace, that is a because everyone's hand is different. But this brace works best when you need light support and you can go either direction wrapping it on your hand. One way may feel more beneficial than the other way and it is either handed, so four different ways to wear it. I realized last week that I left the one I was wearing at the movie theater bathroom and they couldn't find it. When I went looking in my prior orders to find it I saw that it had come in a two pack. I just checked my drawer where I keep such things and yes indeed there was the second one. So I'm grateful. there's a learning curve to it. If you need more support wrapped backward around back of hand first. High and tight, if you need more support go to a copper compression. So far no complaints with the one i lost as far as Velcro or it holding up.

The "breathing holes" all along the surface? They do exist, just not as evident or as big as they seem to be in the photos. As such, the product.... is breathable, but not as much as you would hope when in a hot climate or on a hot day But if in air-conditioned offices and such, it's very usable.

Works well. Helps me alot because I injured my wrist.

I use them to support my wrists during overworking using my hands to repair things or when working out. When your hands are sore and nerves flaring up, it actually works surprisingly well. That bit of extra pressure relieves some strain and helps you go on. Still need to give yourself ample time to rest up after.
