Excellent product for immune health. Great for every day and helpful to take a couple more at the onset of illness. Can have a bit of a cleansing effect at first and can induce mild garlic burps. Highly recommend for traveling. Capsules are milder in taste and texture than tablets, but tablets are stronger in their effectiveness.

This stuff is the bomb! It'll knock out a cold so fast. Start taking it the moment you "feel" like you are getting sick and take the suggested amount and o guarantee it'll knock the sickness right out. At the worst your cold will last a few days. I'm so glad they changed to the capsules, those tablets were hard to take, but I'd choke them down anyway.
