Yes, there is a tiny font on the side of the container that says "Refrigerated 39F." Enjoy it! It's delicious!

Is it possible to have a photo of the nutrition label? For medical reasons I would need to know the sodium before being able to purchase please?

It has 790 mg of sodium per tablespoon. To compare: I only have Red Boat 50 degree N soy sauce and it contains 1450 mg sodium per teaspoon. Dramatic difference in salt content, but both not suitable for sodium restrictive diets.
