What is the Diameter on the drums?

Measuring my items: side with the bolts is 4-3/8" in diameter, middle hole is 1", larger side is 4-3/4" at it's smallest and 4-7/8" at it's widest. Mine do not say "made in Canada." Along the edge they have ATL 400-8 RH (or LH) then III40 5-2 (three capital i's).
