It works!
I bought this product hoping to stop a leak in my basement. There was a conduit with a gas line coming through it that would leak water into my basement. I used the FST duct sealant and it stopped the leak completely. Then I noticed another leak from where a water pipe was coming through the concrete wall. I used FST duct sealant ther as well. Now, for the first time in a long time, I do not have water coming into my basement when it rains. It's awesome! I suggest watching the Youtube video on how to apply. I had no trouble using it after watching the video.
