3 work fine but 4th one keeps loosing connection

Almost all my lighting is smart lighting but from several manufacturers, each with their own apps. I purchased these bulbs as I decided to commonise all my remaining lighting to one manufacturer and one app. I already had Smart Life low-profile lighting units in the bathroom, lounge and stairs as well as candle bulbs in wall lighting units, so it made sense to replace the few remaining bulbs to work from the same app. I swapped out one working smart bulb for one of these units, followed the instructions but it wouldn't register on the network. I tried several times and I tried 2 of the 4 bulbs that I'd purchased. Each bulb would enter the set-up sequence (light breathing) but would always time-out before registering on the network. The bulb I was replacing functions on the 2.4Ghz profile of my router and nothing was changed on that side of things, so it's definitely a fault with this awful product and not my inability to set them up on the correct network band. These items do not work and I would recommend avoiding them like the plague. Absolute garbage and a total waste of time. Returned for refund.

One if the bulbs arrived like this - i would like the seller to replace it. Otherwise they are good i have used for over a year and have 10 in total

These are great, low energy various colours and brightness. East to set up.

We have had smart bulbs before and some can be confusing, re set-up. However, these came with a user manual, which made things so much easier. The bulbs were in and working within minutes. The previous lot lasted almost six years and I hope these have a similar lifespan. Good value for money. Quick delivery time. Happy so far.

These lights are absolutel useless if you want to control them by app or wifi. 4 out of 4 bought and 4 out of 4 do not pair after2-3 attempts with each bulb. They DO NOT connect to the WiFi and DO NOT pair with the app. will not waste anymore of my time with these bulbs.. Experiencing the exact same issues as multiple other commenters on here. And they haven't fixed this sole main issue that actually makes the lights work as advertised!! Terrible, do not buy. Fine of you want a cool white light!! Useless products and would give a minus rating if I had the option to.
