It does what it says, but the seams on the arm holes kind of dig in and make it uncomfortable. It would be a perfect item if it had soft elastic on the seams. :)

Bought XL - am size 10 normally. It fits great! Usually purchase M or L. Sizing up is definitely important for this one.
