I wear bilateral AFO's and the braces actually fit well in these shoes.

their are new balance, just waiting for the glue to loosen up....lol the sneakers are great except for the glue they use,, i guess if the glue held better you could actually get a year out of them.......there are not many sneakers with a sewn toe or soles lol....the average person doesnt want to spend $75 -$200 for a pair that just falls ......

These NB 608 V5 walking cross-trainers continue to the best shoe for me. I’m a professional shopper and walk 15-20 miles a week on concrete and tile floors and these shoes excel in comfort and fit. The quality over the last four pairs has continued to be outstanding. If you have work involving a lot of walking, these are the shoes for you.

The New Balance 608 V5 are extremely comfortable, and I use them to all my raves and festivals. I’m on my feet for hours dancing, standing, and walking around, and these have held up amazingly well. This is my 4th pair of New Balance shoes over the past 10-12 years, and they all have fit well and been very comfy. NB's size 14 works great for my narrow feet. Not too wide like some other brands. Minor issue is the laces are a little long for my narrow feet, but that's not NB's fault. I'll probably buy some shorter ones for $7. Still a great buy compared to the more trendy brands.

I was hesitant on buying these because I am very happy with the Skechers from Amazon. But I've always heard the New Balance are excellent. So I gave them a shot. Initially I felt the difference in foam padding, which is thicker on the Skechers, but after wearing these NB 608's on a 2 mile walk I felt the true difference. The arch support and flexibility of the support make these a significantly better choice for me. I've now taken multiple long walks and choose these even though my Skechers are just fine. Bought a second pair of these NB 608's and will use these for the real work of fitness and use Skechers for everything else until they're used up. It's smart to try other products and I'm happy I did with these 608's. Both are a good choice but I need the arch support after a knee replacement. I feel more stable and have longer wearing time. They also fit my feet more accurately in both width and length. Surprising how different the same size can be and these NB are right on, 9.5W. I already bought again sooo...

Shoes looks as advertised and fits well for a 4E width Was excited for them to come in but noticed multiple splotches/stains on the white sole and slight discolouration on the suede.
