Green Valley 423618F ski rack attachment for 1 pair of skis

A very neat, efficient and cost effective method of fitting skis onto roof bars (square bars in my case). Have existing Thule rack for 3 skis but needed to carry a fourth set and this is ideal solution. Not sure how long the rubber bands will last for but cheap enough to replace complete unit if necessary. Additional spare bands would have been useful.

Does not work with Thule aero bars due to the holes for the attachment bolts not being wide enough; these are ONLY for square bars. Hence the mark down, I ordered these on the assumption they'd fit my bars. However, the items looks to be sturdy enough - it's a heavy duty plastic that feels weighty and not likely to smash or crash. The rubber straps are very chunky so I suspect they'll be great, although I suspect if you're carrying skies you may need to protect the rubber from the edge cutting through.

The product seemed ok, but does not fit my after market Thule roof rack. I would recommend that you look at the sizes of these before purchasing because they are quite slim.

Carried my skis from Manchester to Chamonix and back, I was very surprised with the quality and endurance.

Really good product, easy to fit, bought to add extra skis to the roof rack, will be buying another set. Only down side is there is no way of securely locking them.
