The halal vitamins is really we deserve.

Extremely difficult to swallow even after cutting in 1/2. And I usually have no problem swallowing even 6 pills at a time. Not possible to return now though so I’m going to keep taking them and hope for the Best.

Good choice for the money. **UPDATE** I took these for about six months. I started to notice my nails were getting weaker and weaker, despite taking double calcium and biotin every day. I ended up having to switch back to my previous brand of calcium because my nails got so bad. I cannot grow them past the pink, they split (layers, like onion skin) and are soft. It will probably take six months for my nails to grow back out again. I’m assuming it was something about the different D vitamin that my body didn’t absorb correctly.
