Brilliant quality
The quality is really good don't mind paying more for quality like this solid works good no issues yet helps make My r50 look bigger and helps balance it up with it being a small camera,yes worth the extra dosh you'll not b disappointed if you get one good stuff thanks cannon

Works a treat
Hello...i've had this adapter for a while now and it works a treat with my EF lenses, primes and zoomy ones. Image quality is spot on Theres no wobble and everything attaches solidly. As far as i can say its weather sealed, was out in some torrential rain in the North East and there were no misfunctions. To those who say it makes the lens stick out more (of course it does its an adapter after all) but not in any way thats going to effect photographs or moving about, no way. Its saved me sooo much money not having to sell my existing EF lenses to buy replacements for my RF camera. Good Stuff....Bye.

Keep using my old glass in the new era
Works like a dream. Used it for both an ef16-35 and an ef 24-70. Both lenses picked up by my R7 withou a problem. Love it that I can continue to use my old glass with the mirrorles cameras.

Totally necessary if you wanna be able to use your old EF or new EF lenses on RF since RF lenses are so expensive compared to EF. The quality is great and it's recommended to go extra mile to buy official adapter from cannon instead of third party for better compatibility with camera function and keep quality. It's easy to install and you keep sharp images and the focus is as fast as with native RF adapter.

Cost effective way of transitioning to RF glass.
Recently switched from DSLR to mirrorless. Cost effective way of transitioning to RF glass. Obviously it can get fiddly if you don't have one for each EF lens you still use but that is more than compensated for just by the sheer cost saving. If you're happy with your EF lenses and aren't planning on changing then i would advise to get one for each lens to avoid the in-the-field fiddles - it's still going to work out significantly cheaper than a new lens
