FRANKLIN INTERNATIONAL 6123 8OZ Titebond Trans Glue

This glue is strong and dries clear that is why I bought it. I have used this glue on several projects and no issues.

So far this glue has worked great. It has great adhesion and I love that it drys clear. I have not had any issues with it holding and will be using it again and again.

I do a lot of glue-ups in woodworking projects. This product has a strong bond and fast drying time. You only need to clamp it for 30-60 minutes and it’s ready to go. Glue lines are almost invisible.

The glue is very fluid similar to Titebond original. Like most of their other glues it has a 5 minute open time and 10-15 working time, so their is no magic there. It does not have water resistant properties but cleans up with water. It seems the selling point that differentiates it is translucent, (which I knew about) when it dries (NOT clear) like the their Quick and Thick. But the Q&T has a real short fuse for working time. Having just started trying it, I need to qualify that I have only used this on light woods so far and the translucent color does hide joints well and was easy to work with. How it will appear on darker material remains for me to see. I am also still a "work in progress" with my wood working so my glue technique likely could use some more finesse which also plays into how the glue works for me. Mot sure I would buy this again, but I am going to try and give it a fair shake. Heck if Titebond made this so it dried clear you would have people lining up for it ( just an opinion!)

Good glue and you have a good minute to work with it before it hardens.

There is a texture difference, and if you stain or put some type of wax/oil on the wood the glue pops out some, but with the right super fine sawdust from at least 220 grit, it sure does blend in well. If you don't put a wax/oil on it the glue completely disappears when mixed well with sawdust

Titebond products are my favorite for an assortment of products. You don't need much of the product and you don't need to wait for long periods of time for the glue to set. I very much enjoy this Titebond translucent glue for mending and restoring furniture without the need of clamps. :-)

This wood glue is great! I've used Elmers glue as well as other types of wood glue for my projects, but this Titebond is outstanding. An heirloom wood stool came back to me cracked and apart, and my cedar chest was separating at the edges. I used this to glue the pieces back. It has done very well and I am pleased with the results. It so happens that a contractor was at my house working on trim and asked if I had any wood glue on hand. I had this and he was very happy. He said that this was an excellent brand and did the job better than others he had used; he was impressed that I had it. He used it to hold some trim in place in an extremely tight corner. I'm pleased with this product

Excelente pegamento seca muy rápido así que para uniones qué hay que manipular un poco antes de fijar no está muy recomendable, mejor usar el clásico. Pero si es de pegar rápido y que se fije de inmediato está eso la opción. El tamaño es bueno para una temporada si es que no usas mucho, si no vale mejor comprar el grande. Llego rápido y en Mexico no encontré otro lugar donde lo vendan. El precio no es muy económico pero lo vale el producto.

Bonds like other glues in the Titebond series. Dries transparent...not sure of 'water resistance (didn't buy it for this), use Titebond II or III if needed.

I purchased this glue for building small 3D puzzles. This glue is excellent - it doesn’t have an obvious smell, and dries transparent. The spout is easy to clean and has not clogged. Would repurchase and highly recommend this glue!
