If you are a complete novice, these cards might not be so helpful. But if you already know how to do yoga and need guidance to structure your yoga, these cards will be an amazing help. I found it very useful, easy to use and the material is durable.

These cards feel really pleasant to touch, and are apparently waterproof, although I haven't tested that. There's a lot of poses to work with. I wish the box was in a different format, but that's a minor thing. Very useful for sequencing, but there are some small errors, like crow pose is under seated instead of balancing poses. Bought on offer, so good value.

These are really good. Quite expensive but I would say a fair price considering how much it has simplified the whole thing for me personally. There are lots of different routines to make for the cards or guidance on producing your own routines. Eah pose card also has a detailed description on how to do the pose correctly and how it can benefit you. Obvious high quality item Over all very happy with the purchase.

I have been doing a practice since 1969, on and off. I keep forgetting what I was doing when I get distracted. The cards are brilliant for bringing me back. There are a number of practice sequences. The basic one is great with warm ups and breathing. Some of the other ones are strange with no obvious connection, from very basic to extreme, such as parsva kakasana, without any preliminary preparation. At least this octogenarian finds this odd. However, I can create my own sequences.

I recently started my yoga foundation course and these cards have been invaluable. I have to plan my home practice and then journal about it. These cards have the Sanskrit and it's pronunciation plus a good breakdown of the value of each asana. There are a couple of cards that I would question being in the beginner pack (crow!) but having both the beginner and intermediate sets together helps me mix up my practice. The cards are coated which makes them really hard wearing. I've been using them in my home practice for a couple of months and they still look box-fresh. Well recommended.

They are great. I use them all the time to put together sequences for my yoga classes. They were extremely useful for my yoga assessment and qualification. They are fantastic because they include benefits and precautions which alot of other cards do not have. Definately recommend

These are misprinted. They are really good and I like them a lot, But they are misprints which isn't made clear by Amazon. They eventually offered me a £7 refund after saying they could offer a partial refund because of the misprint. Google the cards for more info about the fault. I really think Amazon should make it clear that there is an issue with these. That said I do like them., but £34 is too much considering the issue.

Bought this item through Amazon Wholesale for an attractive price. The package was sealed in orignal plastic which I did not expect. The cards are easy to follow and helps me with the poses.

These yoga cards are great! So many poses included with cues for getting into the pose, images to see the pose and categories (hip-opening, etc.). As a new yoga teacher, I use these when creating a yoga sequence. I like laying them out on the floor in order so I can see them as I practice the flow. The cards are a nice size so the font isn't too small and I can easily see the poses from my mat. There are also suggested sequencing for different body target areas. Overall, these are really helpful yoga cards.

Mi piace che sono piccole carte di guida....che una può seguire facilmente...e divisa in principiante e a livello più su...in più sono plastificate.....sono rimasta molto soddisfatta....anche se devo ancora provare

Wow! Not sure what I expected, but I am super impressed! The cards are plastic, so crazy durable, have posture cues and how to get practitioners into each Asana, as well as Sanskrit and pronunciation. There are ample sequences provided, as well as instructions to create your own, and blank cards to record them on. Really fantastic product, wish I had it back during my teacher training!
