Very sturdy, easy to pump air into. Overall great exercise equipment. The only thing I dont like is that it didn't come with a work out video but I guess that's why they invented youtube

Fantastic! I love it. However, at the beginning, I was worried about whether it exists some quality problems since it could not swell. Several minutes later, I immediately realized that the top leather of the ball plugged up the air vent. Then, I separated the leather from the air vent and pumped it. After that, within 2 minutes, the product swelled very well. Right now, I use it almost every day, and I think it is an absolutely high quality product.

Quality feels great, but the bottom has very large knobs (May mistake for not studying the pictures better). My primary use for these are flipping upside down and holding squat position while pumping/rocking side to side (mountain bike training) and these interfere with my ability to do that. You can remove a cap to the knob which cuts the height about in half, but still a nuisance. If you use the bottom like a platform than you’re better off with the proper Bosu brand. Unfortunate a top quality product over engineered themselves into not being quite as useful as the basic.

Open letter to Devebor: Dear Devebor I love the "Bosu" style ball you created with the swirly anti-slip pattern. After trying it (I've had the 2 versions of the original "Boscu" ball) I loved yours. "Balance" and "slip" do not have to be one and the same. With a lot of slip on a ball, the amount of balance variations are limited. Yes, I had gotten creative and found ways to put lotion on my feet to keep the slip to a minimum but your swirls make it much more effective. After using your half-ball, I immediately searched online for a full stability ball, to see if anyone, even you, had made such a ball. Nope--hamstring curls, for example, would be so much more effective if half the time was not spent just trying to keep the ball from slipping out from under my legs. You've already created the material and have already created a half ball. Would you consider making a full ball--a stability ball? All exercise equipment companies seem to copy each other in design and pattern. A swirly ball would be unique--and is much needed. Thanks p.s. Thanks also for having the option of the half ball being made in black. In black, my husband and his trainer "can" use it without it being "girly."

This is great because you can include multiple levels of fitness with the product. Very easy to use the pump and get to work.

Definitely worth buying. I can even remove the handles n hook it on my door and use it for a different arm workout.

This gets a 3 star rating because while it is a good balance ball and it felt sturdy, the flat side has so many protruding feet that you cannot use the flat side for balance activities. So if you only intend to use the rounded side for your strength/recovery exercises, then this is the balance ball for you, but if you need the flat side as well, pass on this one.

My wife did a lot of balance training in my bedroom，and it has brought her much good experience！ It is a definitely high quality ball with good appearance. She pretty like it！
