I am extremely pleased with my purchase. These sleeves are exactly what I wanted and needed. After having carpal tunnel surgery and trigger thumb (an excruciatingly painful condition where your thumb locks in place) surgery, now several years later I am still having issues with weakness, soreness, and pain in my wrists and thumbs. These sleeves provide great support and helps alleviate my pain. The size guide was spot on for me. My wrists measure right at 6 1/2 inches. I considered getting a small because I have small hands, I'm 4'9" so my extremities are small, but I got the medium like the size guide indicated and they fit great. There's just the right amount of compression and support, the fabric is breathable, and the design is just what I was looking for. It's not bulky but very sleek, I didn't want velcro, and they stretch far enough up my arms to support my entire problem areas. I at work for hours a day, I exercise using my wrists a lot doing palates and yoga, and I perform other tasks that are tedious and strenuous on my wrists and thumbs. The support from these sleeves have been tremendously helpful. I wear them all day long. Searching Amazon for just the right product can be tiresome and it's hard deciding exactly what to get but I made the right decision getting these. I do highly recommend these.

I've found these work better than other braces and gloves I've tried. I have pain in both hands no one hand I have middle finger and thumb pain. Both of which can be quite extreme. But I'm very active and I need my hands so I try and ignore it and manage best I can these helped me get through the day. I ordered a size medium my wrists are six and a half I'm afraid they will wear out soon from taking them on and off the edges are already starting getting a little loose. I really wish they fit a little farther up on palm, near my thumb. That's main reason it's a four instead of a five for me. However I'd like to order a second pair but I'm debating whether I should go with the small so that maybe they will cover palm near thumb. And to allow for losing it to elasticity. They are worth the money

The Sparthos wrist support really does double duty. It supports both wrist and hand. It's exactly what I've been looking for for the past two years. I tend and water plants in a large garden center. It's hard on the hands, working with heavy duty rubber hoses -- unwrapping the hose, straightening it, twisting kinks out, moving and adjusting the hose while watering benches of plants and holding the hose overhead to water hanging baskets. I need more support than a typical fingerless compression glove provides. The Sparthos wrist support fits snugly on the wrist and around the palm of the hand, The extra support for the hand makes doing my job more comfortable and secure. I sprained my hand a few weeks ago and began looking for some sort of support to wear as it healed. Although described as a wrist support, the Sparthos support also supports the palm and knuckle joints of the hand. My hand has healed, but I'm continuing to wear the Sparthos sleeve for routine support for my hands as I work.

These were nice and snug and helped with my wrist pain after I dislocated a bone in my wrist. The problem i had with these is that the material started pilling within 2 weeks, and this was just from daily use, not washing.

These are snug, they apply just the right amount of support and they are well made.

These sleeves are fantastic. I bought them for my carpal tunnel in both wrists. On really bad days, they aren’t super helpful but that’s what I have my braces for. I mainly bought these sleeves for sleeping at night as braces aren’t comfortable. I have fairly small wrists and that makes finding a good product difficult. I’ve tried many different products (including the expensive ones meant for sleep) but these are by far the best to sleep in. I’m able to get a good nights rest with no discomfort. HOWEVER, many people had difficulties with the thumb holes, me included. They are a decent size but because of the compression, they pulled too tight on my thumbs. That said, a few days after they arrived, the Sparthos team emailed me to see how I liked the sleeves and ask if there was any way they could be improved. I was not given these in exchange for a review so I was surprised by their genuine concern. I told them what I thought of the sleeves and they actually emailed back within a couple hours with ways to help!! Best customer service for products, if you have concerns, be sure to get in touch with them. I followed their advice and dampened the thumb holes and put them over a jar to stretch them out a bit. That fixed the problem!! They no longer bother my thumbs or put too much pressure on me. So glad that I didn’t give up and tried their advice. This is a long review but hopefully it helps others!

I use my hands and wrists all the time for work and hobbies, and do a lot of fine motor and general movement. Using knives, keyboards, scoops, etc. After a work day my hands and wrists can be pretty sore, so I ordered these to try instead of simply wrapping them with cloth bandages, and also to augment the stretching I do. Pros: colorscheme is nice, and the compression level feels just right - it doesn't hurt after awhile or squeeze too tight, and my range of motion is not impeded. Cons: There's a very thick seam around the edge that loops over the thumb, and after 6 hours of wear was quite painful as it dug into the flesh of the thumbpad. Not really a pro or a con, but the fabric is a sort of knit, and not a smooth uniform weave, so occasionally if my nails or cuticles were dry/scuffed they could snag on the fabric when putting on. Figured it's something to be aware of! so I'm still on the hunt for something that checks all my boxes.

I bought these in hopes of using them while practicing yoga after developing some chronic wrist pain -- the feeling of having my wrist "hugged" is nice but after a while, it gets tights and sore on where my thumb/palm meet the sleeve... I can't wear these for longer than an hour, then I have to remove it. I ended up buying a classic carpal tunnel brace for $20 with velcro and it is much better for me. So in short, I feel like I spent too much money on this and would not recommend. plus side is that the blue colour is fun.

I purchased these wrist supports a few months ago for my daughter. After trying a few brands that leave her wrist stiff and aching, these supports have been helping her get through her cheer practices without pain. The material is firm enough to give the necessary support. Her only issue is the size of the thumb holes are a bit big for her hands and can chafe the web space between her thumb and index finger.
