Of particular interest to those new to working in Warehousing and Transport where nothing similar exists.

Really enjoyed reading through the book, refreshing some old ideas and use of certain tools and being introduced to new ones. I will use these to work with several operational management team members not only to further their own skills and development but also to help them optimise current warehouse activities under their respective control. It has also encouraged me to help them become more professional, and now plan for them to attend more logistics events

I bought this book for my Warehouse team in Angola to help them with Supply Chain issues, specifically in Warehousing and materials management. While the book is good, it is nothing more common practices and principles packaged in a slightly different manner. I have spend 38 years in Supply Chain Management and In my opinion the value of the content does not equate to the price of the book. This information can be obtained at a much more effective price point.
