Work great, easy to install, VERY bright
Easily fits my 2016 F-150 OEM housing, not a difficult replacement if you go behind the light assembly via the wheel well covering ( 2-3 small bolts and you’re able to access the lights. But they’re bright… VERY bright. I feel like the main LED lamps need to be 10-15% dimmers and the high beams need to be what gets super bright. I’m getting flashed because people think my highs are on a few times per week because it’s winter and days are short.

Great product and even better customer service
I ordered a set of four (two low, two high) for a 2007 Toyota Corolla. The bulbs came well packaged in a foam-lined box, each labeled with a bulb number. The high and low bulbs are not interchangeable, so this was helpful. There is a small box attached to the control wire for each bulb that needs to be placed near the headlight assembly. Included in the box is a set of double-sided foam tape so you can attach the box to the assembly to keep it out of the way. I had a problem installing the high beam bulbs in my assembly. I had to move the washer from its default position so that it was closer to the base of the bulb to get the bulb to fit in the assembly. Included in the box are replacement washers to be used if the default washers are too small, but that was not my problem. Because I could not see the problem with the assembly installed, I had to remove it, which required removing my front bumper first. That added to the installation time. If I had known what to do with the washer, I would not have needed to remove the bumper/assembly. I would not call this a design flaw – it may be specific to my headlight assembly. Hopefully my experience can save someone else some time and effort. I also had a problem with my daytime running light. As installed, the DRLs flickered. I contacted Sealight, who responded quickly telling me that they are working on a fix for this, but the bulb does not dim without flickering. The solution was to purchase a CANBUS adapter. They gave me the ASIN for the part I needed. It arrived in two days. I had a small problem with that – as delivered, the lights do not power up. You must rotate the power connector to change the polarity. There is no documentation with the adapter. I read about that in another Amazon review. The adapter is another box, so there are now six boxes behind my headlight assembly (one attached to each of the four lights plus two more for the added adapters). I used thermal tape to bind the adapter and the low-beam boxes and placed them. It’s a little crowded behind the assembly, but it works. The downside to this installation is that the DRLs now run at the full brightness of the low-beam lights. It’s not a perfect solution but should be all right. Sealight quickly refunded me the cost of the adapters – great customer service. I now have bright new LED headlights that are a significant improvement over my old, dimming halogen bulbs. The beam pattern is the same as the halogens, though brighter. It doesn’t look like these are too bright for nighttime travel. I am happy with the new bulbs and really pleased with the great customer service I received from Sealight. I highly recommend them.

So far, so good
After a relatively simple install, with the biggest pain being the removal of all the obstacles packed into the modern engine bay (2022 Ram 2500 Hemi), I must say I am impressed with these lights. The most noticeable improvement for me was the low beams (OEM highs and lows were halogen/reflector combo). They really cast a wide, bright, full beam. I feel quite confident I'd be able to see kamikaze deer planning their missions along the edge of the road, well in advance now. The brights may need to be cranked downward a bit, as I think the beam may shoot a tad high. Not totally sure yet. I'd read about LED bulbs not being "correct" for reflector housings, but I see no issues whatsoever. Upon finishing the driver side pair of bulbs (Ram 2500 halogen setup has two bulbs per side) at about 6:30 AM, I hit the dark, empty highway I live on, just to compare each side if I could. Definitely saw a difference. My next test subject was an Amish guy who just happened to be coming along in his buggy, so I asked him to see if my lights were annoyingly bright, and if he saw a difference in brightness between the two sides. I approached him from a distance, and he said the driver side was for sure brighter, but not annoying or blinding. And nobody knows artificial lighting like the Amish! Also, I've not been flashed by oncoming traffic since finishing both sides and meeting other traffic in the dark. All good. Anyway, I won't go into detail on the install, other than to say check YouTube. And wear gloves as much as you can. Lots of sharp stuff in my engine bay, and probably yours. Also, I had seen YT videos saying these LED bulbs had to be "clocked" at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, but that isn't necessarily true. Check the filament orientation of your OEM bulbs before removing them, and see how these compare. It'll probably be the same. That is what gives you proper reflection/beam, or at least darned close.

Great lights with amazing customer service.
Update to original review: My initial set of lights interfered with the radio, the operation of the fog lights, and the high beams just seemed to scatter the light without giving good visibility. Customer support offered me several solutions, end ended up sending me replacement bulbs with an improved design. These new ones are great. No interference with radio or fog light operation. And, the high beams really light up the road like they should. Great improvement. Sealight has the best customer support I have run into. Thanks ya’ll! ------------------------------------------------------- Original review: The lights work well and have a beautiful clear daylight color. the "daylight" halogen lights do not compare to this. They have a little more light scatter (beam pattern is not as crisp), due to using LED instead of a filament. However, the light coverage is great and I have had no negative issues with it. It is a good design, and I like how the two part design was super easy to install. Negatives: - There is a significant amount of radio interference. - While my fog lights should only work with my low beams, for some reason when I turn on my fog lights, the high beams on the LEDs come on. - The light outlput seems similar to the halogens – there are brighter LEDs out there if that is what you are looking for. These are rated at 6000 lumens, which seems reasonable compared to other LEDs I have tried. Car: 1998 Acura RL.

Great lights
I was hesitant to go LED lights on my 2020 Peterbilt. These lights are truly amazing. I can see so much better and when you turn the brights on, it makes it even better. These lights are not the lights that look cheap. Actually, they look very nice on the truck. No flickering or anything it’s actually plug-in play. Very simple will definitely buy again if ever needed.

2005 Honda Civic Headlight Bulbs Upgraded
2005 Honda Civic - Bulbs fit perfectly with no issue. With OEM headlights housing, there were no glaring. Beam patterns are not perfect but acceptable. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Brightness increases significantly comparing to stock halogens. Let’s see how long they’ll last.

SEALIGHT S1 H4/9003 LED bulbs are LOW beam only, even when the operator turns on the high beams
(FOR OTHER BUYERS WHO NOTICED THE SEALIGHT S1 "HIGH BEAMS" aren't very bright, this is why) Last night my installer (a Toyota dealer technician) spent hours trying to install a SEALIGHT S1 H4/9003/HB2 LED headlight upgrade kit in a 2007 Toyota Prius (originally equipped with conventional incandescent headlight bulbs). Attached photos help illustrate these two problems (using the same terminology as in the installation instructions): 1. The "shank" of the "lamp body" is too short. At first he thought it was not possible to compress the OEM rubber boot enough to get the tabs on the "lamp body" to engage the twist-lock slots on the "socket," but testing the fit on a bench showed that he if pushed straight down with all his body weight, the tabs on the "lamp body" would JUST BARELY engage the twist-lock slots. However, when installed in the vehicle, it is practically impossible to apply that much force. In a Prius, the installer must choose between rigging up some type of lever to pry forward with WAY too much force, or having to trim off the back of the OEM rubber boot. 2. The bigger problem is: the HIGH beam LEDs do NOT turn on when installed in the vehicle when the headlight control switch is in the HIGH beam position. Instead, the HIGH beam LEDs only flicker for a split second and the LOW beam LEDs turn on, meaning that there is NO difference in illumination between the LOW beam and HIGH beam regardless of the headlight control switch setting. After discovering this problem, we expended more time bench-testing the SEALIGHT S1 H4/9003/HB2 LED Headlight Bulbs. Applying 12vDC to either the LOW beam terminal or the HIGH beam terminal caused the LOW beam LEDs or the HIGH beam LEDs (respectively) to turn on as expected. We then tested a conventional incandescent headlight bulb in the vehicle, and found that also worked as expected. We also tested the voltage on each terminal of the headlight power connector, and found that 12.x vDC is present on EITHER the LOW beam terminal OR the HIGH beam terminal, when the headlight control switch is set to LOW beam or HIGH beam (respectively). This problem is present on *BOTH* of the S1 LED headlights I got, which makes it pretty clear this is a design flaw, not a random defect, and it probably affects a LOT of other vehicles. This would explain why so many other reviewers comment that the SEALIGHT S1 high beams aren't very bright... because the high beams are NOT actually turning on. I ran other tests which lead me to believe that the source this design flaw is in the "driver," which causes 12vDC power from the HIGH beam electrical connection to be sent to the LOW beam LEDs. This explains why the SEALIGHT S1 works if 12vDC is applied in a bench test (when there is nothing connected to the unused terminal), but not when they are installed in a vehicle (when all three wires are connected all the time). Long story short: In a 2007 Toyota Prius that functions normally with OEM-style incandescent headlight bulbs, the SEALIGHT S1 H4/9003 LED upgrade kit DOES NOT function properly, resulting in LOW beam only, even if the operator turns on the high beams.
