Not going to down rate this i have windows 10 pc with a bluetooth usb plug in (original pc bluetooth stopped working)....this controller adapter didnt work for me

Adapter quality for the most part is good but there can be some issues with connectivity and staying firmly locked onto the controller, when not an issue adapter works fine and as intended. Customer service was a great help in the other hand in helping me get a replacement adapter too replace the initial one which did as previously mentioned have some issues. Over all far from a bad alternative for a Xbox mic adapter

Bought as a birthday gift and it doesn’t work. Pretty upsetting as the turtle beach and Xbox brands are discontinued now and these no brands are all that’s available and none of them work

This small device is a game changer that connects to my XBOX S controller and it allows me to change the volume for the voice chat or game sound independently. I no longer have to fumble the volume adjustment on my headset or from the XBOX menu setting as this device has volume +/- as well as mute button. While this adapter works great with my XBOX S controller, I did notice that my wired old XBOX One controller won't work with this adapter as it doesn't have USB port so make sure to check your controller before getting it. It will work without any issue with more recent XBOX X and S controllers without any driver or software installation. The adapter doesn't get in a way of using the controller yet provides quick and easy way to adjust the volume or mute the mic directly from the controller. A must-have for online gamers who chat with online friends using the mic.

I purchased this for my son to use with the Xbox One controller. After being skeptical at first that it will actually do what it is intended for, he was quite happy that he was able to finally use his headset with mic. After 2 months of use, he was unable to hear anymore chat audio. After attempting to troubleshoot ourselves and contacting Amazon support, we decided to reach out to the seller for assistance. The item is covered under a 1 year warranty. We contacted the seller and explained the issue we were experiencing. They immediately sent us a new one with no questions asked. They followed up with me to make sure I received it and to make sure it is working. That's excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with the product and hoping we do not have the same issue as before. Overall, I am most satisfied with the response and service from the seller.

This was a replacement for the discontinued Turtle Beach adapter after mine stopped working. Yes, this does what it claims to do, but has less features (No bass options, audio presets, "footsteps boost," or profiles. Using the same Razer headphones as with the TB adapter, this knock-off sounds more "tinny," is quieter, virtual surround is more muddied, and my voice is much quieter over mic now. Overall, this is still better than trying to mix audio in settings, but I wish TB still made these.

This product is horrible for static sound. So bad so I have put it back in the box after 15 mins of use. For 40 dollars I expected better. Very disappointed
