Amazing taste
Such a great tea. The floral aromas are delightful and blend really well with the earl grey- which isn't super strong (and we like that). Everyone in my family just loves this- but we're fans of floral teas. If you like a strong earl grey- this might not be for you.

NOT FOR EARL GREY FANS
I was looking for a hi caffeine earl grey as it as my absolute favorite - but this really misses the mark if you re expecting anything resembling that classic earl grey. The addition of florals completely overpowers the earl grey flavor I love. Is there oil of Bergamot in these leaves???

Gave me a Severe Headache
I have tried many of the new hicaf teas on the market and I am a daily tea drinker. This one tastes good, but gives me a severe headache. None of the other hicaf teas have that effect. Not sure if I got a bad batch or if it is part of the tea mix used. Amazon also does not allow returns for this item. : |

True To Earl Grey With Bergamot Oil But Also Special As The Florals Add Beauty, Taste & Aroma
This Elevate loose leaf Earl Grey tea is lovely, aromatic and brimming with flavor. This is black leaf tea with bergamot oil (from orange rind) and definitely tastes like Earl Grey tea. But it’s also floral with the addition of lavender, marigold, rose petals and cornflowers. It’s a beautiful looking tea with the different color petals mixed with the black leaves, and the aroma is enticing and fragrant with the floral additions. I feel a caffeine lift from this tea. This tea tastes outstanding and is hands down the most enjoyable Earl Grey tea I’ve ever tried. It has a slight bitterness that I expect with Earl Grey tea, and it tastes perfect with sugar and milk. The package lists no other additives, so I assume this lacks artificial or “natural flavors” sometimes added to tea. The tea is NonGMO and packed in Illinois (sourcing unknown). This Earl Grey tea is fresh with no pulverized leaves or dust. This tea is really special. Love it. 5 stars.

Aromatic, delicious tea
I am a huge fan of Earl Grey tea and this beautiful bouquet of Earl Grey doesn't disappoint. It has the floral elements of Lavender, Rose Petals and Marigolds which adds such a nice flavor. It gives me a great pick me up. I just add a splash of milk which gives it a creamy, delicious flavor. This is a beautifully blended tea and will definitely purchase again. Would make a very nice gift for any tea lover.

Great breakfast tea!
I really enjoy a caffeine punch in the morning but I was trying to find alternatives to energy drinks and coffee - this worked great! The smell is absolutely amazing and I was able to steep and take it to go in my french press coffee mug. The tea pieces are very large with big pieces of very aromatic leaves that give off a sweet smell. The taste and flavor was great and I did not feel I needed to add anything to it to make it drinkable, this supervised me since usually I feel black tea is too strong and bitter. The vacuum sealed packaging is nice and the locking top should keep it fresh for a long time, though I imagine I will drink it pretty fast and order some more!

Earl Grey purists may be put off by all of the additional flavors in this version.
I like the teas from Elevate Tea in general, but I think they missed the mark with this version of Earl Grey. There are too many other flavors going on here that the unique citrus flavor of the bergamot oil is practically lost. There are a number of teas about which I tend to be a purist, and Earl Grey is at the top of the list of those. The best Earl Grey's, in my opinion, consist of black tea from China or Ceylon flavored by oil of bergamot, and only that. Anything else is not really Earl Grey, imo, and usually falls under different names such as Lady Grey or Countess Grey and the like. This blend has black tea, lavender, bergamot oil, rose petals, marigolds and cornflower, and for me, that is way too many flavors. It tastes somewhat muddled and not what I expect to taste in a good Earl Grey. The aroma of this tea is very nice, and very Earl Grey-like, but the flavor doesn't match that. In fact, if I tasted this tea without smelling it first, I don't think I'd ever guess it was supposed to be Earl Grey. Its too bad because I think this company makes very nice tea, but to me, this is not my kind of Earl Grey.
