Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine

I assume that all pasta machines are a little tricky to clean but other than that this machine is excellent value and makes perfect pasta every time. I knead the dough a little longer that the instructions suggest and tend to follow the noodle rule on time resting for the perfect pasta. Enjoy!! Home made pasta its far better than shop bought and so easy to make.

This is the machine I’ve been looking for. Used for polymer clay, this model has removable scraper blades beneath the rollers, so that the stubborn accumulation of coloured clay can be easily removed. Added bonus, it arrived the day after ordering.
