Breadtopia Rattan Proofing Baskets with Liner (Oblong)

I am just learning to bake artisan breads and saw these on many web-sites and in my books of artisan bread. These things work. I was a little reluctant to try one for the fear of the dough sticking and never coming out. I should not have worried, just a little dusted inside for the final proofing and the dough drops right out ready to score and bake. I am ordering more.

Exactly what I needed at a good price. Perfect for 1.5 pound loaves. Just make sure to flour well. Seems to made like all the other more expensive brotoforms I've purchased in the past.

Well worth the price, leaves a nice 'ridges' pattern in my baked sourdough loaves.

The bread rising basket molds a very pretty loaf of artisan bread. I only wish it where available in a narrower size.

Nice brotform. Very strong construction, clean, solid. Looks like high quality European worksmanship. Dough released very easily from the brotform, with a nice pattern.

Product arrived in great condition, I am very pleased with the value of these Brotforms. Much more affordable compared to several others I have purchased, and very close in quality to the more expensive baskets. Bread rises beautifully in these, and I cannot imagine building my bread without them.

Works perfectly, just a light dusting of rice flour and no sticking at all. Nice marks on the finished loaf.
