I used it for my mother, it worked wonders she had bleeding internal piles , she told to go for surgery but before surgery me and brother thought to go for ayurveda, which i got to know this from a YouTube comment.Now, i ordered for myself as i was suffering same internal hemorrhoids piles but no bleeding for me unlike my mother.She recommended now for this again. I used this medicine for six months. I followed all instructions but this medicine did not work on me. I think it only works when you are at initial stage of piles i.e. fissures. I had both piles fissures and during operation doctor found out I had started having fistula. You can not remove skin tags by any medicine as its a abnormal development of muscles. Operation is only permanent cure for advanced stages of piles. So I will advice use this only for fissures.

UpdateI find that the pills/tablets have started working slowly but favourably. Accordingly, review is revised to 5 stars.Combination of Livcon/Pymol pills plus Manulax Churna by same manufacturer (Ujwala Ayurvedashram) have started showing some positive results after trying various combinations of Alopathic/Homeopathic/Ayurvedic pills/ointments etc.However, I wish to give a sincere unwanted advise to fellow-sufferers- If you are suffering from piles and other related ailments like Haemorrhoids/Fissures/Fistula etc, you need to first control your diet by totally avoiding hot and spicy items. Chillies of any type and 'Garam masala" made items are a total "NoNo". Secondly, as given in age old maxim of chewing your food, if we try to form a habit of chewing each bite/morsel/mouthful of food minimum 32 times, it helps for easy digestion of food. If the food is digested properly, there are no related problems like constipation which complicate the piles problem multiple times. This is from self-experience. So changing of eating habits is the first step rather than running around for different medications and lamenting that the problem is not reducing despite taking so many medicines.Original reviewI will post my update after using the product in due course. But I am impressed with the fact that the owner of the manufacturing unit, Dr Chandrakant Ukey called personally to try and get an idea about my problem and gave some valuable advise about usage and further course of action. And that was not a sales pitch. Really thankful to Dr Ukey for such good communication. As said, I will update the review in due course about my experience of the medicines.
