Authentic Pavlova in the U.S.
Many people in the U.S. have never heard of a Pavlova but it is the Australia and I am married to an Australian. A Pavlova requires caster sugar (if you use regular granulated the Pavlova is less stable) this makes an authentic Pavlova possible in the U.S. I’m thrilled I found it!

Hole in Bottom of Bag, reordered, bag #2 was great!
Edited. After giving the 1 star review below, i called Judee to let her know about the hole in the bag, which was a packaging issue, because i thought she should know. She cheerfully refunded my purchase, i reordered, and the new bag arrived today with no holes. Can't wait to use it. *I can't honestly review the product itself, because it arrived yesterday with a small hole in a fold on the bottom of the bag, and i haven't used it. It would probably be fine, but in these days of tamper proof packaging, one never knows. The product is non returnable, or i would return it and see if it would be possible to get a better bag.

Excellent for homemade pear liquor
Decided to try to make pear liquor with our pears this year. The instructions from Larder Love said to add caster sugar the second week and then shake every day to dissolve the sugar. Well this brand dissolved instantly and did not require daily shaking. There were cheaper brands but I think this brand justified the bit extra. My liquor turned out very tasty and beautifully clear.
